We‘ve had the honor to spend some days in a school up in the mountains of Omkoi which are located west of Chiang Mai. You literally get there just in a proper 4-wheel drive. We were part of a group of volunteers with the purpose to teach English to Karen-Children. Comparing to Chiang Mai the weather was much colder and very rainy, but still we‘ve had an invaluable time serving in such a rural part of Thailand. These kids are so happy and content with their simple life and really appreciated us as a team.
