Difficult to choose today: August 22 2026

Hahaha almost 20k steroids and I've started the day with swim series lol Needed to convince my son to come and train with me but I'm sure it's advantageous for both of us! My daughter preferred to go @cycling alone but even though it has only been for a few minutes she was happy to pick up a group to go fast. She reached over 49 km/h.

In the afternoon we went to run 6km in Colonia San Jordi. Not a high level competition for her age do she easily won, but still 1'30" slower than last year, do still a lot of work to do...
