Triatle training with shallow water and high waves: September 15 2026

Shallow water and high waves today at the beach during the Triatle training. I went worried for the calf pain but ran - short distances - nearly painless.

Meanwhile it looks like my airco in my bedroom for broken :-( it turns off after some time and stops cooling. Performing some tests and tomorrow I'll climb on the roof to check the outside unit...
