Once in a while I check the wallets of people supported by this account using @hivesql. If they are well over the Minnow threshold (currently 616 HP) then they are cut loose to make their own way so we can support others. If you have made it that far then you ought to have built a following who will engage with you as well as voting. With the current Hive price you need to find value in other ways. Keep engaging and enjoy other aspects such as the many games. Hive is what we make it.

@arcange posts statistics every month that show the number of people at each level. The peak for Minnows was about 9400 a few years back, but now it is down to about 8700. We need to boost those numbers. So people support the little guys.
We are always open to suggestions of other people to support. To qualify you need to meet a few criteria:
- Not yet a minnow.
- Not powering down.
- Posting fairly often. There are limits to how many votes you can get each week.
- Commenting and getting replies.
- Got a reasonable following.
So you have to put the work in and then you can gain a little more support to help you along.
