A day exploring with friends. My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2026

Internet is still hit and miss where I am. Posting can be a challenge but I'm still trying.

Today I went out with friends to lava lake and the water was beautiful. Add in beautiful reflections on the water and I still find it stunning even after seeing it many times.

I look at me and think bad teeth and I really need to shave (sigh)

Anyways we also went to the lava bed Park.

The take home here is that all around the area there are really thick trees and forest. Hundreds of years ago there was one volcanic eruption and to the day it is Wasteland.

Anyways walking and sightseeing are most of the steps. Housing new friends around the acreage was the rest.

Overall? A pretty decent day
