It's been a while since I posted and it may be another while until my next post but somehow I always seen busier than I should be. Or maybe it just they I'm engrossed in Baldur's Gate 3.
Either way I'm traveling to my mom's house to help her move and that is going to be trying. However yesterday was my son's 23rd birthday and mostly he was downstairs enjoying a party and beer with his friends.
Now he got a great deal on a keg of beer but there weren't enough people there to finish it off. I got stuck with draining the keg. You can see the results on the table in the image above.
As for getting my steps and staying active? Walk the dog in the morning. Walk the dog after work. Get stunt steps at work for a total just shy of 10k steps.
Yup.
I'm boring.
But honestly? I enjoy watching my sons grow. Walking the dog. Tending the house and watching movies with my wife.
Making a thirteen hour trek to get to my mom's house to spend 5 days unpacking decades worth of stuff so she can move into a smaller house better suited to get declining health. Not so much.
