[God of War] Until recently, I thought this was perfect casting, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. I stand by my statement that Dave is a badass actor who can play an angry, silent man (Kratos) as well as someone who—when pissed off—wrecks everything around him (also Kratos). Dave has shown his talent in both serious and not-so-serious movies. But there’s a catch: the guy is, what, 58 years old? The previous actor—the one who tore his bicep—was 50, which is pretty much the cutoff point for this kind of role. Especially since Dave has had to be a jacked mutant his whole life for martial arts, and it’s hard to maintain that muscle mass after 50. If it were just one season, Bautista would be perfect, but as it stands, I have a feeling that by season 2—or God forbid, season 3—we’ll be seeing his stunt double more than the man himself.

Standing at a crossroads, instead of choosing left or right, you jumped straight into the middle. Right into a patch of sharp bushes and stinging nettles—swarming with insects, with animal shit covering every inch of the ground—and then you were surprised when you came out covered in red welts, covered in bites, and reeking of filth XD. Seriously, does a nobody have to explain the basics of creation to you? And sure, maybe it was Sony's decision or fault—if so, I take back what I said. But if it was your fault, then after one brilliant game, you completely botched the second one.
It’s no coincidence that the The Last of Us Part II series falls apart at the exact same moment the game does. Joel dies; people watch another episode or two out of curiosity, mock the female characters (whom I actually defended—though it’s not my fault they were simply poorly written, acted, and portrayed), and then delete the game while cursing under their breath. And as for those who stubbornly defend the game—it’s like saying, "Let's eat shit; millions of flies can't be wrong." [Movie Piracy] Variety published a long article about new piracy methods (a pirated copy of a movie ended up on X and was watched by tons of people). Unfortunately, it’s not entirely accurate and perpetuates the worst lie—one that has been debunked repeatedly, including by the EU—that just because someone downloads a game, it doesn't mean they would have bought it.
Oh lol, I love watching big corporations whine. The fact is, you can't beat piracy. In fact, you shouldn't even try; it's a natural market control mechanism. That said, it ought to remain in a grey area, because people are monkeys—if you gave them weapons, they’d kill too many people. We gave people unfettered access to downloads, and the vast majority started downloading movies of all kinds—"just because, lol"—out of sheer addiction. Some people are even addicted to downloading random files (NrGeek once mentioned having the same symptoms I did when browsing torrent results—luckily, I’ve mostly kicked the habit). Why is that? As the wiser scientists say, humans are the smartest—yet simultaneously the stupidest—animals. People see an opportunity and seize it; only later do they stop to wonder why.
Given the way technology is evolving, things aren't going to get any better. I recommend slimming down corporations, drastically cutting budgets, and completely changing your mindset. Piracy wouldn't hurt you if you spent $50 million on a movie instead of $250 million—if you cast one famous face instead of ten. You created this problem yourselves, yet you blame the public. Podtrzymuję swoje słowa, że Dave to zajebisty aktor, który potrafi grać wściekłego, milczącego mężczyznę (Kratos) oraz takiego, który jak się wkurwi, to rozpierdala wszystko dookoła siebie (też Kratos). Dave pokazał swój talent do poważnych i mało poważnych filmów. Ale jest jedno ale - facet ma bodajże 58 lat. Poprzedni aktor, ten który uszkodził sobie biceps, miał 50 lat, co jest ostatnim terminem na tego typu akcje. Będąc na rozstaju dróg, zamiast wybrać lewo albo prawo, wskoczyliście w w sam środek. W pole ostrych krzewów, pokrzyw, gdzie jest mnóstwo insektów, każdy kawałek gleby jest obsrany gównem zwierzęcia, a potem byliście zdziwieni że wyszliście cali czerwoni, pogryzieni i śmierdzący XD. Serio takie podstawy tworzenia czegokolwiek musi Wam mówić noname? I ok, może to była decyzja / wina Sony - jeśli tak, cofam swoje słowa. Jeśli to jednak wasza wina, to po pierwszej świetnej grze, położyliście drugą.
Nieprzypadkowo serial TLoU 2 pęka w tym samym momencie, co gra. Joel umiera, ludzie z ciekawości oglądają 1 lub 2 odcinki dalej, śmieją się z żeńskich postaci (które broniłem, no ale cóż, nie moja wina że zwyczajnie źle je napisano, zagrano i przedstawiono), a potem usuwają grę klnąc pod nosem. A jak ktoś na siłę broni tej gry - "Jedzmy gówno, miliony much nie może się mylić". Albo... [Piractwo filmowe] Variety napisało długi artykuł o nowych metodach piractwa (piracka kopia filmu trafiła na X i obejrzało ją mnóśtwo ludzi). Niestety nie jest do końca prawdziwy i powiela najgorsze kłamstwo, które zostało wielokrotnie obalone, w tym przez UE - jeśli ktoś pobiera grę, to nie znaczy że by ją kupił.
Oh lol, uwielbiam ten płacz wielkich korpo. Fakty są takie, że z piractwem nie da się wygrać. Wręcz nie powinno się, to naturalny mechanizm kontroli rynku. Niemniej powinien być on w szarej strefie, bo ludzie to małpy i gdyby dać im broń, to by zabili zbyt dużo ludzi. Daliśmy ludziom nieskrępowany dostęp do downloadu - znaczna większość zaczęła ściągać filmy o wszystkim "bo tak XD" z uzależnienia. Niektórzy są nawet uzależnieni od pobierania zwykłych plików (NrGeek kiedyś opowiadał, że ma te same objawy co ja przeglądając wyniki torrenta - na szczęście już się z tego z grubsza wyleczyłem). Czemu tak jest? Bo jak mówią co mądrzejsi naukowcy, ludzie są najmądrzejszymi, a jednocześnie najgłupszymi zwierzętami. Ludzie widzą okazję, to korzystają, a dopiero potem zastanawiają się dlaczego.
Z uwagi na rozwój technologii, to lepiej nie będzie. Zalecam odchudzenie korporacji, drastyczne obcięcie budżetów, totalną zmianę mentalności. Piractwo was nie zaboli, jak zamiast wydać 250 milionó na film, wydacie 50. Zamiast 10 znanych gęb, dacie 1. Sami stworzyliście problem i macie pretensje do ludzi.
