I have recently been strict with my morning health routine, as I had been too relaxed for a little while and had fallen into a bad routine of sitting and computing too much. I can feel that it isn't good for my health in the long term.

So, going out for a run or brisk walk around the countryside is a great advantage, especially now that there are lots of berries ready to be picked!

The other day, I went out for a run mixed with some brisk walking. It was only about two miles, and I was picking berries along the way back. I didn't realise that my cat Coco had followed me. As I was already on the go, I just let her follow me.

She was matching my pace.

Halfway through, she jumped inside my basket.

Although she is tiny. she is still a little heavy to carry! π She just hopped in and out of the basket whenever she wanted, most likely when she was feeling nervous.

On our way back, I picked a load of berries while Coco happily waited, just roaming around me and exploring.

We collected a basketful, and soon I will be turning them into wine!

Once we were back home, she jumped on top of this beam and chilled out, listening to the birds. I wondered what she was thinking as she sat there so peacefully.
Maybe she was just enjoying the sounds of the countryside after our little adventure. Or perhaps she was already thinking about where we would go next!

Either way, it is always fun having Coco around for company.
Have a lovely day,
