I signed up for Bitpay.com and ordered a VISA debit card for 10 bucks. It came in the mail the other day and I went and registered it online. Next I loaded the card with $200 worth of bitcoin and went to the ATM and withdrew $100. By gosh the thing works! This is great for emergencies. I will still use the exchanges like Bittrex.com for my large transfers and trading though.
