Intro
Been a very busy this week, hadn't planned to be, but then Splinterlands waved a big bone in front of me, and I couldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. Hard to turn down a guaranteed 250K Glint, so rolled up the sleeves lol!

Background
Not long after the Season started, I tripped over the Discord announcement made by @clayboyn a few days before.. a call to arms on continued testing of liquidity bots in the low Modern Survival Brackets.

My Account is still relatively minnow, probably managing to hit 60-70k Glint each season with some effort, so the ability to get my hands on 250k Glint plus anything I make on top myself this season would come in very handy to boost my collection power.
The Rules..
Not overly complicated, just a few items to follow:
- Has to be Survival brackets 1-5.
- Cooldowns have essentially been removed, cooldown reduction 99.99%
- 250 battles required (manual only)
- Greater than 50% win rate
- Fill out the feedback Form

How Did It Go?
I've never tinkered with Survival before so opted for Novice the lowest bracket, never having had a fight before basically started off from ground zero 'Wood', so I went on an epic unbeaten run smashing my way through quite a list of Leagues until the playing field started to level.

Was fun, but 250 matches in <4days is no joke, a chilled Friday is planned, to cool down a bit and reset.
During the delivery of the 250 games requirement crashed through a list of Leagues ad eventually ended up here in Gold I. Could still push a little further, nothing stopping me next w as plenty of the season left to go.

Battle Info
Any of the high level mana matches I was able to thrown a full magic load out at the Bot, and usually wipe them off the face of the board with pure alpha power, so not much brain power required. That being said Rules need to be observed and also placement of Cards to ensure max bang for your buck.

Wailsworn Spectre An awesome reward card.

That undeed bloodline tribute is a super boost, charging up both my Blue Wyrm Travesty and Mindless Thrall. Basically you are sitting begging the Bot to be silly enough to have Opportunity strategy at play, and the boost nudges your alpha into the clouds.
Actually lost track of how many times Wailsworn Spectre has been killed and then powered up the Mindless Thrall in the next position and boosted it to the point that it can't be hit, winning the match.
Current Survival Season Status
Wasn't overly sure what I was doing early on but as the number of games started to increase really got a feel for it, and the Bot behaviours. Amusingly the Bots taught me something abut Meta patterns and I ended up both buying & renting some cards very cheaply to help me progress with limited resistance.
I'm not under any illusions here in terms of season placement, there are others in the bracket with much deeper $SPS pockets raking the Reward points in, so unlikely i'll hold out a top spot but currently I can look on with some sense of pride, in the personal achievement from completing the task within the condensed timeframe I set myself 😇

Survival Takeaway
Pretty sure I've benefitted from the Challenge, definitely not a novice in the Survival Mode space, having carried out +250 matches I've learnt quite a bit about the Bots and what to expect. When I think about that number it actually amuses me, it reminds me of the movie Knockaround Guys, the bar scene where Vin Diesel starts talking about the number of fights necessary to consider yourself a real fighter, think it was 500.. so maybe 250 is a bit short, need to get back at it, ha! :)
Thanks for stopping by..
