Today I want to share with you a new illustration titled Between Leaves and Silences.
This work is born from the intersection of a hand-drawn illustration, created some time ago, and its subsequent digital transformation, where the female portrait becomes a space of introspection and restrained emotion. The leaves surrounding the face are not simply a frame: they symbolize the passage of time, that which falls away and that which remains in memory. The woman, with a deep and silent gaze, seems lost in a thought that needs no words. The layers of color and texture reinforce the idea of being accompanied in silence, that which is sometimes necessary and other times unsettling, but always revealing.
Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren bien, estén donde estén. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva ilustración titulada Entre hojas y silencios.
Esta obra nace del cruce entre lo manual, una ilustración realizada tiempo atrás y su posterior transformación digital, donde el retrato femenino se convierte en un espacio de introspección y emoción contenida. Las hojas que rodean el rostro no son un simple marco: simbolizan el paso del tiempo, aquello que cae y aquello que permanece en la memoria. La mujer, con una mirada profunda y silenciosa, parece detenida en un pensamiento que no necesita palabras. Las capas de color y textura refuerzan la idea de estar acompañado en el silencio, ese que a veces resulta necesario y otras veces inquietante, pero siempre revelador.
