We all feel lonely at sometimes but, should we feel sad when there's no one to take care after us at any time, I think absolutely no, because happiness and sadness are the two faces of the same coin that is life so, we should always enjoy our own company where no sadness could enter and there's happiness in every sense, either it's the phase of tension or any other emotion, we should not feel depressed and sad because if we will see our own company as a lonely and sad moment then, we would never learn how to be happy from your own company and learn how to handle the different phases of life which are happiness and sadness.
If we would always seek for a good company in our environment then, we would never learn to be happy at lonely times, being lonely is the greatest truth because at many times our life makes us feel lonely because sacrifice is the truth of life and nothing is permanent so, how our company that we enjoy can be permanent so, we should learn how to enjoy your own company. So, we should never feel sad and depressed at lonely times.
