Hello, dear friends at @MoviesTvShows. Greetings and blessings. Today I’m here to talk to you about a story in which dreams often serve as inspiration for others. Even though we might think of them as a kind of theft, in the end, they’re something we share unintentionally—we just have to know how to handle it and understand that they can come true for both of us, especially when the goal is to make both parties happy. It’s about A Dream with You.
We begin by talking about Ju Yi-yae (Lee Hye-ri), a young woman with a dream of becoming a film director. She loves movies, creating stories, and giving them a fresh start. Whenever she can, she uses her camera to craft moving stories, even though she knows she needs to study the subject more. That’s why she seeks recognition through film competitions in her area to gain experience and eventually go to college to study filmmaking—or at least that’s what she thought she could do, until she meets Woo Su-bin (Hwang In-yeop), a young man who has just moved to the area. He starts attending the same school as Ju Yi, and somehow connects with her, especially because of his interest in film.
Woo Su-bin is a young man whose father wants him to study medicine, because his family has a long tradition of pursuing that career path, and to Woo, this seemed like the natural path—until he learned of Ju Yi’s dream, saw how she views the world through the lens of her camera, appreciated the moments she captures with it, and realized her desire to convey feelings and different emotions through her stories. It seems his path has been shaped by art rather than medicine, but for him, it’s not that simple, since his father is very strict and sends him away so he’ll forget about changing the future his father has planned for him, causing an accident that takes Ju Yi away from her dream of becoming a director.
Although her path was interrupted by an incident during her studies, she decided to pursue a career in journalism so she could both entertain others and earn a living to help her mother and brother—until Woo Su-bin returned and changed the course of her life once again. this time leading her back to her path in film through him, since he had become a famous director. Against all odds, he managed to fulfill her dream—but was he stealing the dream she once had? For Ju Yi, it was something they would both achieve eventually if necessary; she feels she worked hard only to be left behind, unaware of the problems Woo Su-bin was facing and how he managed to overcome them. However, fate brings them back together to clear up the misunderstandings and fight to fulfill their dreams together with a new story to create.
