Hello dear friends of @TheAnimeRealm, greetings and blessings, on this occasion I come to talk to you about a story in which curses, time travel and supernatural beings are present, but above all the fight to live and change that destiny that seems written in advance but that in one way or another seeks to change, it is about Mao (2026).
The story begins with Nanoka, a young girl who lives with her grandmother and maid after the death of her parents when she was still a child, without fully understanding what happened since the only thing she remembers is a monster attacking them, which for the current era was impossible, Nanoka tries to live a normal life without even understanding what exactly happened that day and how only she could survive such a disaster that she had with her parents, until one day after an alley that seemed completely normal, she is transported to another time, where Nanoka realizes that everything She is different and the people are the same, especially the monster that chases her, meeting Mao.
Mao is a man who has lived for many years due to the curse of Byoki, a demon cat who was looking for a new body to be reborn, and in this case Mao's body was perfectly suited to his blood and strength, but Mao certainly was not going to accept this, he tries to defeat him but only manages to leave his head floating and looking for his body, so everything where he passed became chaos, so Mao continues looking for a way to defeat him, while helping others defeat the ayakashi or other beings that exist. and that they do evil to others, until he meets Nanoka, without understanding who she is or how she is able to cross the time barrier, he decides to help her and try to change what Byoki has always wanted, so in some way Nanoka is also part of it and must avoid getting involved with this cat in any way.
But it will not be that simple, there are secrets that surround them and they are not entirely clear, likewise Mao can become an ayakashi after his fight with the Byoki, he was cursed, but for him this is a problem because he can get out of control and not remember much about it, so Nanoka's help is important to discover what that demon cat really wants and manage to save more than one, since not only the danger lies in the ancient era but it is also possible that he is hunting in the current one, looking for a new body, a way to continue doing harm, so Mao together with Nanoka must prevent this and solve the cases that will arise as a result of the curses that this demon cat has caused, it has its first season of 26 chapters.
