(ESP/ENG) Letras Inspiradoras: Cuando estar harta te impulsa a cambiar 🌈 // Inspirational Quotes: When Being Fed Up Drives You to Change 🌈

Hello, dear friends of the WomenTribe community ❤️ It’s a pleasure to reach out to you all—I hope you’re doing wonderfully, full of health and joy.

Today I’m back here sharing these inspiring words—such great and interesting topics that I feel so connected to...

When I read about the theme of this initiative, I started thinking about how often we stay in situations that make us feel bad, even though we know we need a change. Sometimes we put up with things, let them slide, and convince ourselves that things will be different later on, but there comes a point when we feel we can’t go on like this anymore.

I think we don’t always need to reach our limit to change, but often it’s precisely exhaustion that makes us open our eyes and realize that something has to be different.

In life, I’ve learned that we can’t control everything, nor can we make everyone think or act the way we’d like them to. What we can do is learn to set boundaries, stop taking on burdens that aren’t ours, and start thinking a little more about ourselves.

Sometimes we get so used to solving other people’s problems, fulfilling our responsibilities, and keeping track of everything that we forget to ask ourselves how we’re feeling.

I believe one of the most important changes begins when we understand that our own peace of mind matters, too—that it’s okay to say no, that resting isn’t a waste of time, and that stepping away from what hurts us doesn’t make us bad people.

It’s not always easy to change, because we’re often afraid of the unknown or of what others might think. But we must also remember that staying stuck in the same place out of fear can leave us feeling increasingly exhausted.

Today, I believe we don’t have to wait until we’re completely exhausted to start putting ourselves first, taking care of ourselves, and seeking out what brings us peace. Sometimes, a small change can be the start of something much better.

What about you? Have you ever experienced a moment when you felt you couldn’t go on like that anymore and decided to make a change in your life?

Sending you a big, loving hug. 🌸❤️
