In this episode, Claire Redfield finally comes face to face with Alfred Ashford. From the moment he appears, it is clear that there is something deeply unsettling about him. His strange behavior makes Rockfort Island feel even more dangerous, and it leaves us with more questions about the Ashford family and their connection to everything happening here.
Claire continues exploring the island and uses a submarine to reach a new area. It is a great reminder of how Code: Veronica constantly changes its environments while keeping that tense, isolated survival-horror atmosphere alive. Afterward, we return to the Military Training Facility, but the danger is far from over.
One of the most memorable moments of this early section happens when a gigantic mutant worm bursts out from beneath the ground. It is a sudden and intense encounter that can easily catch you off guard, especially when ammunition and healing items are limited. Moments like this are why resource management and careful exploration matter so much in classic Resident Evil games.
