Now you see me and Now you dont

To be honest, right of the top of my head, my first answer would probably be that I wouldn't do anything different. I'd just go about my normal business and yes im that boring, what would it really change except if i want to do some shady things though then that will be different. Actually im just lying to myself cos why would I get an entire day of invisibility and waste it doing the same things I do every other day? Nope, scratch that. I'd definitely steal some moneyyyyyy from these damn corrupt politicians! 😭
I mean, have you seen the state of things in my country Nigeria. People are literally struggling to survive, young graduates can't find decent jobs and businesses are barely surviving and yet, somehow, the people entrusted with managing our resources keep finding ways to enrich themselves and keep living good whilst telling us to be patient and the country has no money and you give me the chance to be invisible for 24 hours and not even consider collecting some of that money back? Abeg!
Okay, I'm joking about the stealing part(or maybe im not!!) Or maybe I'm just entertaining the idea a little too much. But imagine if all the money that mysteriously disappears from public funds could somehow be recovered and used to build hospitals and industries. Wouldn't that be something?
Anyway, stealing money isn't even the most interesting thing I'd want to do. I'd definitely visit the Government House!I want to see what actually goes on in there. Seriously, what do these people do all day? What kinds of conversations happen behind those closed doors? Because sometimes, looking at the state of our country, you'd think the people in charge were competing to see who could make things worse.
Do they sit around discussing the struggles ordinary citizens face? Do they have genuine plans to address these problems? Or do they just make promises, nod at meetings and go home without anything meaningful changing, I'm genuinely curious, to be honest i kinda know the answer to this already but would be nice to get a first hand account of these things and perhaps I'd discover that some people are actually trying to make things better but are struggling against a broken system.
Of course, I'd probably explore a few other places and satisfy my curiosity about things I wouldn't ordinarily have access to. The idea of moving around without anyone recognising me sounds exciting but then again 24 hours is a tweeny bit small for all the things i would love to do
Still, the opportunity to observe the world without attracting attention would be fascinating cos im genuinely someone that doesn’t like attention at all. The freedom to do things without being judged and doing things and getting away with them is the real plus here.
