Blue Sky and Hoarfrost / Blauer Himmel und Rauhreif

I didn't have much time to post today because I was actually out all day.

Ich hatte heute nicht viel Zeit, um ein Posting zu machen, weil ich eigentlich den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen bin.

Nature Reserve Zelenci / Naturreservat Zelenci

Zelenci is a nature reserve in the border triangle Italy - Slovenia - Austria and there are numerous springs and an emerald green lake (zelen means "green" in Slovenian), in which the river "Sava Dolinka" springs.

Zelenci ist ein Naturreservat im Dreiländereck Italien - Slowenien - Österreich und man findet dort zahlreiche Quellen und einen smaragdgrünen See (zelen bedeutet "grün" auf Slowenisch), in welchem der Fluss "Sava Dolinka" hervorsprudelt.

In winter, the small lake and swamp area looks a little bleak, but the hoarfrost gives the bushes and grass a nice winterly touch.

Im Winter schaut der kleine See und das Sumpfgebiet etwas trostlos aus, aber der Rauhreif verleiht den Sträuchern und dem Gras einen schönen winterlichen Touch.

And why didn't I have time today?

This morning I went to Italy to the Laghi di Fusine for a couple of sunrise photos and afterwards I visited the Zelenci nature reserve in Slovenia.

Because we had such nice weather, I went for a walk in the afternoon with my wife in beautiful sunshine on the reservoir.

Therefore, I only had the time to look through the photos and edit a few for this posting 😊

Und warum hatte ich heute keine Zeit?

Heute morgen bin ich nach Italien zu den Laghi di Fusine für ein paar Sonnenaufgangsfotos gefahren und danach habe ich in Slowenien das Naturreservat Zelenci besucht.

Weil wir so schönes Wetter hatten, bin ich dann am Nachmittag mit meiner Frau eine Weile bei schönstem Sonnenschein am Stausee spazieren gegangen.

Daher hatte ich jetzt leider nur noch die Zeit, die gemachten Fotos durchzusehen und ein paar für dieses Posting zu bearbeiten 😊

Sehr schöne Fotos! Das bringt Winterstimmung in den feucht-warmen Norden ;-) Heute Nacht allerdings hat es gefroren und die Sonne scheint :-))) Am Vormittag zog dann ein Schwarm Kraniche über unser Haus... als wenn jetzt der Winter kommt... ich bin gespannt. Lieben Gruß Kadna
