Sunrise at Lake Bled
Bled . Slovenia
I was again at Lake Bled in Slovenia yesterday morning and photographed the sunrise. Unfortunately there were not enough high clouds, so the sunrise was not as nice and colorful as I hoped. | Ich war gestern Morgen wieder einmal am Bleder See in Slowenien und habe den Sonnenaufgang fotografiert. Leider hat es zu wenig hohe Wolken gegeben, so dass der Sonnenaufgang nicht so schön und farbenprächtig gewesen ist, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. |
A light breeze blew but the lake was flat and calm. In places I could also see a thin layer of ice. | Ein leichtes Lüftchen hat geweht aber der See war flach und ruhig. Stellenweise konnte ich auch eine dünne Eisschicht erkennen. |
On these hills above the campsite in the western bay of the lake (on the left Mala Osojnica and on the right Ojstrica and Velika Osojnica) you have the best overview and from there most and most known photos of the lake were taken. Judging by the cars in the parking lot and the loud voices and laughter, at least 5 or even more photographers or tourists may have been up on the hills. After the noise even bothered me down by the lake on the lonely wooden jetty, I was glad I didn't go up there. I have never been up there, but of course I would like to go up sometime to take a classic photo of the lake ... if I'm lucky, then without noisy people. | Auf diesen Hügeln oberhalb des Campingplatzes in der Westbucht des Sees (links Mala Osojnica sowie rechts Ojstrica und Velika Osojnica) hat man die beste Übersicht und von dort wurden auch die meisten und bekanntesten Fotos vom See geschossen. Den Autos am Parkplatz und den lauten Stimmen bzw dem lauten Gelächter nach zu urteilen, dürften zumindest 5 oder sogar mehr Fotografen oder Touristen oben auf den Hügeln gewesen sein. Nachdem mich der Lärm sogar unten am See auf meinem einsamen Holzsteg gestört hat, bin ich froh gewesen, nicht nach oben gegangen zu sein. Dort oben bin ich auch noch nie gewesen, möchte aber natürlich irgendwann einmal hinauf um ein klassisches Foto vom See zu machen ... wenn ich Glück habe, dann ohne lärmende Menschen. |

It was still quite dark shortly before sunrise, but the sky to the east behind the small island Blejski otok had already started to glow golden. | Kurz vor Sonnenaufgang ist es noch relativ dunkel gewesen, aber der Himmel im Osten hinter der kleinen Insel Blejski otok hat bereits golden zu leuchten begonnen. |
In my introductory sentence I wrote that I would not have seen the sun. Wenige Minuten nach diesen Fotos ist die Sonne dann hinter den Bergen hochgekommen und die morgendliche Stimmung war irgendwie vorbei gewesen. |
After the sunrise mood was over, I packed my stuff and drove through the Radovna Valley back in direction to Austria. The Radovna Valley is located between Krnica near Bled and Mojstrana in the Sava Valley near Kranjska Gora. If everything blooms again in spring, I will post a report about it. | Nachdem die Sonnenaufgangsstimmung vorbei gewesen ist, habe ich meine Sachen wieder zusammengepackt und bin durch das Radovna Tal wieder in Richtung Österreich gefahren. Das Radovna Tal befindet sich zwischen Krnica bei Bled und Mojstrana im Save Tal in der Nähe von Kranjska Gora. Wenn im Frühjahr wieder alles blüht, werde ich darüber einen Bericht bringen. |
