The last leaves / Die letzten Blätter

When I have been in Slovenia last week, I drove over the Paulitschsattel back to Carinthia.

Als ich letzte Woche in Slowenien gewesen bin, bin ich über den Paulitschsattel zurück nach Kärnten gefahren.

Autumn is over / Der Herbst ist vorüber

Somewhere on the mountain I passed a farm, and a little way below the farm I saw this beautiful old tree standing on a slope. In the meantime, the last orange-colored leaves, which can be seen in the photo, must have already fallen off and you probably can not see anything from the grass anymore because of the fresh fallen snow.

Irgendwo am Berg bin ich an einem Bauernhof vorbeigekommen, und ein Stück unterhalb des Bauernhofes habe ich diesen schönen alten Baum an einem Hang stehen gesehen. Die letzten orange gefärbten Blätter, die man auf dem Foto erkennen kann, werden in der Zwischenzeit auch bereits abgefallen sein und wahrscheinlich kann man vom Gras wegen des Schnees auch nichts mehr sehen.
