Wet morning at the Lake / Nasser Morgen am See

Last Saturday was cold, gray and it has been raining all day long.

Der letzte Samstag war kalt, grau und es hat den ganzen Tag lang geregnet.

Because of the bad weather I postponed my walk through the Garnitzenklamm indefinitely and instead I went for a ride around the Wörthersee in the morning and took some pictures in the rain.

Ich habe wegen des schlechten Wetters meine Wanderung durch die Garnitzenklamm auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben und bin in der Früh erst mal eine Runde um den Wörthersee gefahren und habe ein paar Fotos im Regen gemacht.

I wanted to photograph this boat house in Pörtschach for a long time, but unfortunately never had the opportunity to park at this point - the bad weather has had something positive.

To the right side off the boathouse and you can see the Pyramidenkogel with the wooden lookout tower.

Dieses Boothaus in Pörtschach wollte ich schon lange mal fotografieren, habe aber leider nie die Möglichkeit gehabt, an dieser Stelle zu parken - das schlechte Wetter hat doch etwas Positives gehabt.

Ein kurzer Rechtsschwenk vom Bootshaus und man sieht den Pyramidenkogel mit dem hölzernen Aussichtsturm.

Reifnitz is located on the south side of Lake Wörthersee. The next two photos I have shot just east of Reifnitz. The lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is unfortunately hidden in the dense fog, but the forest presents itself in beautiful autumn colors.

Auf der Südseite des Wörthersees liegt Reifnitz. Die nächsten beiden Fotos habe ich etwas östlich von Reifnitz geschossen. Der Aussichtsturm am Pyramidenkogel ist leider im dichten Nebel versteckt, aber dafür präsentiert sich der Wald in schönsten Herbstfarben.

After these photos I drove into the Rosental where I had a short walk in the wet and muddy fields and in a grove. I have to take a look at these photos first.

Nach diesen Fotos bin ich ins Rosental gefahren und dort ein bisschen auf den nassen Feldern und in einem Wäldchen spazieren gegangen. Diese Fotos muss ich mir aber erst anschauen.

The warm autumn colors of the background trees are only enrichened by the rain.

As someone born in the sign of water, lakes, oceans, rain, & even puddles appeal to me.

Every day spent in nature surrounded by views such as yours is a blessing and a gift.

Wonderful morning at the lake! The boathouse is beautiful and it would be great to stay there admiring nice nature around. The tower on the top of the mountain is amazing. The autumn colors of the forest are gorgeous. Great shot! ;)
