How about Hivers happy start of the week, I hope you are very well and I hope you have a great time this last week of the year. Today I bring you a movie with a lot of action and with many bloody scenes, but if you are a fan of black humor like me, you will surely love to see it.
This production is called LA CASERIA, written by Craig Zobel whose script was in charge of Nick Cuse and Damon Lindelof who had previously worked on 'The Leftovers', resulting in three of the best episodes (according to the public), it was released this year 2020 and they return to action with a film loaded with all the feminine power thanks to the performances of Betty Gilpin, showing that a girl can be bloody enough to take down an elite of psychopaths without losing style.
This story begins when Twelve strangers wake up in a forest clearing with many unanswered questions. Where are they? How did they get there? And why or for what purpose are they there? The answer to all those questions is: Hunting is a macabre game devised by members of the global elites, who gather at a remote point or a house to hunt humans for fun. Where they are the prey and the rest the hunters.
However, everything is about to change when Crystal (Betty Gilpin), one of the young women who is among the "hunted", turns the game around and begins to tip the balance in her favor. One by one he begins to get rid of the members of the elite who intend to hunt them down, with the intention of reaching the mysterious woman (Hilary Swank) who pulls the strings of this macabre game.
Opinion of the film.
