This film tells the story of some stuffed animals that caused a furor in the 90's and those who made it possible, was directed by the married couple Kristin Gore and Damian Kulash, for the first daughter of the former Vice President of the United States, Al Gore, it was her debut in the role and also adapted the script with Zac Bissonnette based on the book "The Great Beanie Baby Bubble: Mass Delusion and the Dark Side of Cute", while for the latter it was his second experience as he had directed the 2009 comedy film I Love You, Man.

The plot begins many years earlier and sometimes the times are mixed, in the same Ty Warner, played by "Zach" Galifianakis, actor and comedian, known for numerous film roles and television appearances, including his own show Comedy Central Presents Special, a narcissistic and frustrated toy salesman by coincidence of fate gets with three women who make their stuffed animals a success in sales and fashion.
The speculative fever reaches unimagined levels and the company becomes multimillionaire, while its owner, with his narcissism and egocentrism, provokes situations that end up affecting everything.

Geraldine Viswanathan, known for her roles in the movie Blockers and the TV series Miracle Workers, plays the role of Maya, the architect of the toys' success thanks to her advertising ideas, before and after the Internet, while Elizabeth Banks, with an extensive film career and known for her role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, and Sarah Snock from the award-winning American series Succession, play Robbie and Sheila, the other two women who bring about the miracle.
Premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 10, 2023 and released on Apple TV+ on July 28, 2023, the film's reception was positive highlighting the fact that the film works as a historical documentary and shows a witty and insightful biopic of the toys of the 1990s.
