Many times a film does not need to have the best plot to be entertaining and extremely enjoyable, in fact, there are films with somewhat absurd plots but that manage to stand out thanks to other audiovisual elements that turn them into wonderful pieces of art, yes, I'm talking about Tron Legacy.

[Source](https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/20526-tron-legacy?language=en-US) # To be totally honest I haven't seen the first movie of this saga that was made years ago and that started this whole incredible universe filled with audiovisual technology to highlight a story a little cliché and simple, however this is a movie that I enjoy a lot and that today I think has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard in any movie. Tron Legacy, is a film that initially shows us a young man who constantly gets into trouble trying to fight a giant tech company, entering their facilities and pirating all their software so that people can use them for free, the strange thing is that this young man is a shareholder of this company because his father was the founder. Until that point where we know a little the life of the young man we have no big surprises and basically is a presentation of the character, but things change quickly when this young man discovers a codified message from his father asking him to go to an arcade to look for him. Strangely, when our young man goes to that "peculiar" arcade is when the real adventure begins, because there somehow and through a game machine the young man is transported to a totally amazing and wonderful world. #

After our young protagonist realizes that he has been transported to a world of "simulation" created by his father he realizes that he is in a world that has taken on a life of its own, a world that just like the human world has evolved and filled with vices and people full of power only that here there are other peculiarities that dominate the whole atmosphere.

In general, as I mentioned at the beginning, the plot is not very complicated, here we will have a young man looking to meet his father again while he explores and discovers everything about a different world, a world full of different vices and virtues. Basically we will see how little by little this young man will make his way through this world until he discovers the reason why his father has not been able to return to the real world.

[Source](https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/20526-tron-legacy/images/backdrops?language=en-US) # While the plot is not so elaborate, it is very entertaining because it is complemented by hundreds of visual effects, CGI and other computerized elements that create an incredible futuristic atmosphere that fused with one of the best soundtracks that any film has ever used make this film stand out at a tremendous level, raising the pace of the film and making it gradually into something completely enjoyable. Visually this movie has nothing to envy to the great productions that we see now overflowing with praise and awards, in this movies the visual effects are delicate, precise and very noticeable, each scene is made to combine perfectly with all the futuristic theme of the story, something that makes us transport ourselves basically to the interior of a video game, because that's how I felt all the time that the movie lasted; in a great video game where the cinematography told me an entertaining story and with a magical visual perfection.

For me movies are defined by what they are and what they want to achieve, this wanted to be a renovating visual spectacle that would give new life to a franchise something forgotten that stood out much at the time it was released and I achieve it with a very high note, because it managed to combine sonorously and almost perfectly two of the most important elements in any cinematographic production to give life to a simple script that thanks to those elements became very entertaining.
