Review by @artworkers · 1456d · of Captain America in film

Marvel are without a doubt one of the best movie makers in the history of movies. They have succeeded in stunning my visual senses, and captured my attention on several occasions, with mind blowing effects and a powerful storyline.

Their movie library only seems to have doubled over the years with them releasing back to back hits, year after year.

But amongst all this hits, the one that I find the most intriguing is captain America the first avenger. Iron man is also a good movie but captain America takes all the gold.

why do I choose captain America?

Growing up I watched a lot of superheroes movies and animations, with the majority being marvel's production such as X-Men, hulk and all the spiderman animated series ever. And they were extremely interesting but they never had story lines that mattered or characters that I genuinely cared about.

All I wanted back then was to see them use their powers . Then when I watched captain America the first avenger, I started focusing on the heroes as a real character, a person and not just a gimmick.

My favorite part of the movie?

My favorite part of the movie would have to be watching him throw his shield around. Because like I said earlier I love when superheroes show off their power .

But there are also some credible moments in the movie that were without a doubt magnificent and for me they include

  • his transformation from a wimpy kid into a well built fighting machine.
  • His relationship with Peggy Carter.
  • And my all time favorite, his final boss battle with red skull which lead to his being frozen for years.

What was so special about this ending scene was the way we saw him a break a promise his was actively trying to redeem. The one he made to Peggy Carter, when he promised to return from battle and have a dance with her. But alas, he died. Or so they thought.

And unlike every other movie where the super hero hides their identity, he actively used the name Steve Rogers and captain America interchangeably and freely during his operations. Which I particularly find interesting.

CONCLUSION

Finally, captain America the first avenger, is the only marvel film, for me, that has a perfectly working storyline with little to no fighting scenes that balanced the equation. Making it the best marvel film for me.

Of all the avengers movies I've seen this is the one I like the least although it has its charm, it can't be denied among them I agree with you on this one.

his transformation from a wimpy kid into a well-built fighting machine.

But I really like when he is in the bar with Bucky and Peggy arrives and poor Bucky is ignored and says that now he is the one, hahaha

Also when in that same place he recruits the rest of the team.

Like you it is to be recognized that a hero who does not hide his identity, that is admirable and his determination to help others.
