Hello everyone, it saw the movie Unknown from 2011 this weekend, have you seen it? Liam Neeson again in the lead role as Dr. Martin Harris, an exciting thriller directed by Jaume Collet-Serra. We follow Harris and his wife Elizabeth, played by January Jones, as they arrive in Berlin to attend a conference. He forgets something and has to take a taxi back to collect a suitcase and gets into a car accident and wakes up from a coma to find that his identity has been taken over by another man, and his wife claims not to know him.😃
Neeson delivers a solid performance as he often does, I like him. In the film, he must do everything to prove his identity and uncover a conspiracy. He is helped by a taxi driver played by Diana Kruger as Gina, who helps Harris in his quest and their chemistry gives the film an extra dimension of tension and drama. Visually, the film is nice, with great scenes around Berlin and the director uses the city's landscape to create a sense of isolation and danger. The music is also good and enhances the film's intense atmosphere and helps keep you on the edge of your seat. Although the plot may seem a little predictable at times, I enjoyed the film and it provided good entertainment that keeps the tension up throughout the film. All in all, Unknown is a successful thriller, good acting, great visuals and I give it a solid 8.
