Capitán américa o Steve Rogers, jefe de su nuevo equipo de los vengadores, en donde se les culpa de los daños que ha causado durante el hallazgo en Wakanda, con loki y Ultron, ya que en esos ataques hubo muchas personas que murieron mientras los vengadores detenía el caos. Por lo que la presión política instala un sistema donde vigilara a los vengadores ya que los culpa de asesinos. Esto causa que el equipo se dividiera y halla una guerra en los dos bandos uno comandada por Steve Rogers y el otro por Tony Stark, apoyando la supervisión del gobierno.
Todo comienza en 1991 en una base militar en Hydra en Siberia, donde podemos ver que a dentro de esa base, descongelan al Sargento James ''Bucky'' Barnes, en podemos ver que está vivo y le quieren hacer un lavado de cerebro hasta al punto de transformarlo en un soldado esclavizado, para mandarlo hacer una misión en donde tenía que robar unos sueros en donde te conviertes en unos súper soldados, haciendo que un auto choque y matar a esas personas que estaban en el auto.
Aquí volvemos a la actualidad en donde podemos ver a Wanda, Capitán América, Black Widow y Falcon. Buscando los soldados de Hydra en Budapest. En la siguiente escena podemos ver que esos soldados llegan volteando un camión de basura, entrando brutalmente a la estación de policías. Aquí aparecen los vengadores para detener este asunto. Wanda manda arriba a Capitán América a un edificio para deshacerse del gas toxico. Los soldados intentan escapar con un arma biológica, En ese momento aparece Black Widow en donde se enfrentan a todos los soldados pero no puede con el Soldado Calavera. Capitán interfiere pero no puede y lo deja fuera de combate.
Intentan escapar pero son alcanzados por Falcon y Wanda, luego aparece Capitan America para detenerlo y detener el Arma Biológica. El capitán al reconocer quien es el Soldado Calavera, este le dice que Bucky recordó a Steve pero le lavaron la mente por lo que en ese momento activa una bomba pero Wanda no deja que explote, aunque no pudo contenerlo, no pensó donde enviarla y lo llevo a un edificio donde mato a un montón de personas.
Vemos a Tony usando una tecnología donde podemos ver su pasado mientras lo expone frente a cientos de estudiantes, todos aplauden y culmina el programa. Poco después vemos a una mujer hablando con él, en donde ella le muestra una foto de su hijo llamado Charlie en donde le dice que él murió por su culpa y de los vengadores, quedando un silencio incomodo en Tony.
Más tarde podemos ver como el gobierno de Wakanda se queja de la explosión en donde mato a muchas personas. Por esto todos los vengadores se reúnen por orden del secretario de estado, este les dice que la opinión publica los considera como vigilantes que violan las leyes en donde han provocado daños durante todo este tiempo. Por lo que se toma una decisión por 117 países que los vengadores estén bajos las órdenes la Naciones Unidas, estos se van y los dejan pensar.
Poco después vemos un personaje llamado Helmut Zemo, en donde entra a una casa para robar unos archivos de Hydra, aquí podemos ver que le habla al dueño de esa casa, que le mencione sobre una misión que hubo en 1991, pero como este se negó, lo termina ahogándolo y él se va.
Los vengadores discuten en si estar bajo las órdenes de las naciones unidas o no, ellos empiezan a discutir en donde Visión comentan que desde los superhéroes son públicos los crímenes aumentaron por esto mismo él está a favor en el acuerdo junto a Tony en donde le dice que tiene razón ya que les menciona el caso del chico que murió. Capitán América se niega a este acuerdo junto a Romanoff, en ese momento a Steve le llega un mensaje de que ella no despierta por lo que vemos en instante que está en el funeral de la Agente Carter que falleció. Su sobrina hace un discurso en donde no hay que dejarse someter por ningún poder, en donde el capitán lo piensa muy bien. En ese momento aparece Romanoff y les dice que cierta parte del equipo firmo en donde queda el sí unirse o negarse a este.
Más tarde Black Widow conoce a al Principe T'Challa y a su padre el Rey, en donde ellos forman parte del consejo. En ese momento el Rey da un discurso por lo que después sufren un atentado en donde el Rey no sobrevive a la explosión y muere. Aquí podemos ver que el culpable de este atentado fue Bucky. El príncipe T'Challa Dice que tomara venganza personalmente sobre la muerte de su padre.
En Budapest nos encontramos con Bucky y el Capitán América, donde ellos se reencuentran pero son interrumpidos por fuerzas alemanas pero ellos dos unen fuerzas para escapar de ahí. Bucky salta de un edificio y se encuentra con la Pantera negra en donde el busca asesinarlo pero el escapa, mientras también Capitán América los persigue, y tras de ellos la policía. Al final son acorralados junto a máquina de guerra para detenerlos, aquí podemos ver que la pantera negra es el Príncipe T'Challa que pasa a ser el Rey.
Estamos en Berlín, donde lo trasladaron para allá para ser arrestado. El Capitán América y a los demás les quita sus armamentos para que no puedan hacer más nada, en ese mismo momento vemos que se acerca alguien en ese lugar. Tony le propone que firme ese trato, pero al enterarse que tiene retenida a Wanda él se niega. En ese momento vemos que Bucky será interrogado y aparte de esa toma, vemos que el hombre sospechoso empieza a hacer una entrega en la base.
El que le va hacer el interrogatorio es Helmut Zemo, en ese momento vemos que la entrega de ese hombre era una máquina que hizo una sonda por lo que le quita la electricidad al lugar. Helmut Zemo empieza a decirle a Bucky unas palabras prohibidas en donde el busco en esa casa, donde es un libro de idiomas raro de Hydra en donde cuando el empieza a decir, Bucky empieza a retorcerse pero poco después él se vuelve convertir en títere pero de él, en donde él le menciona a Bucky sobre la misión de 1991.
En este escándalo entra Steve y mira a Helmut pero no confía en él, pero de repente aparece Bucky para pelear con él y con todos a su paso como Iron Man, Falcon, Black widow y llega hasta un helicóptero para escapar de ahí pero llega Capitán América para detenerlo y es donde aquí se puede ver esa gran escena del tráiler en donde el Capitán América detiene el helicóptero con su súper fuerza. Tuvo efectividad en detenerlo y destruye el helicóptero y rescata bucky, pero mientras tanto Helmut se escapa y se dirige a Moscow.
Bucky despierta y recuerda a su viejo amigo Steve en donde él le comenta que Helmut está buscando la base donde fue custodiado ya que él dice que hay más soldados del invierno, en ese momento podemos ver recuerdos en donde Hydra uso estos sueros de súper soldados en personas pero estas no resistieron y lo tuvieron que congelar. Entonces Falcon y Capitán América necesita a más equipo para detener a Helmut y no provocar que se despierten los otros súper soldados.
Pero mientras pasa esta situación, está el otro problema principal, en donde llega el secretario de defensa y les dice a Tony que los otros vengadores tienen 36 horas para detenerlos, pero en ese momento Black Widow y Iron man necesita también a su equipo entonces por ende van a buscar también a su equipo. En ese momento Tony busca a Peter Parker. Ojo de halcón también rescata a Wanda de visión. Y el equipo de Capitán América recupera sus armas y reclutan tanto a Wanda como a Ant Man.
El Capitán América se quiere reencontrar con Iron Man para comentarle el problema que está pasando con Hydra, pero él no escucha y llega otras de las impactantes escenas del tráiler en donde Spider Man le quita el escudo a Capitán América. En ese momento llega Ant Man y le arrebata el escudo a Spider Man para dársela a Capitán América y aquí empieza este famoso enfrentamiento.
El Capitan contra Pantera Negra; Ant Man contra Black Widow; y Spider Man contra Falcon y Bucky. Mientras tanto Tony intenta detener a Wanda. En ese momento llega Visión y empieza el todos contra todos. Bucky confiesa que el no mato al padre de Rey T'Challa, Capitán América Reprende a Spider Man y Ant Man se hace pequeño para dañarle el traje a Iron Man. Todo es un caos pero Bucky le dice Capitán que él está más cerca de la base entonces intentan sacrificarse para entretener al equipo de Iron Man para hacer tiempo, Bucky y el Capitán al final se topa con Black Widow pero ella se pone a su favor.
Escapan pero Iron Man y Máquina de guerra los persigue, visión por detenerlos falla en el tiro y le da en la armadura de Máquina de guerra y se daña provocando que no funcione más y caiga desde lo más alto. En este momento podemos ver que tuvo ciertas fracturas en la cervical.
Tony descubre que Helmut inculpo a Bucky y quieres buscarlo, Van a donde están Falcon y Ojo de Halcon y les demuestra que está de su lado, le muestra pruebas y él se va para el lugar, el se escapa pero es perseguido por la Pantera Negra. En el lugar hacen tregua el Capitán e Iron Man para buscar a Helmut y ahí pueden ver dentro de la base a todos esos súper soldados congelados en capsulas, pero vemos que han sido asesinado por el mismo Helmut ya que se ven heridas de balas en sus cráneos .
En ese momento podemos ver que él está dentro de un Bunker anti explosiones. Buscamos explicaciones y él les comenta que él está haciendo todo eso porque perdió un agente que quería por culpa de los vengadores. En ese momento ellos les muestra un video en donde podemos ver a Bucky en aquellas ves que robo los sueros y asesinos a los padres de Tony Stark, al ver esto, se llena de impotencia y le dice a el Capitán América que si sabía de eso y él dijo que si, en ese momento de ira y tristeza golpea a bucky y el capitán no lo permite porque intentara que el escape y empieza la pelea entre ellos tres.
Mientras por otro lado Pantera negra consigue Helmut y él le comenta lo que sucedió con su familia y tardo dos días en encontrar sus cuerpos después de esa batalla de los vengadores y como él sabía que no podía matarlos, creo controversia para que ellos se mataran entre ellos, Helmut intenta suicidarse pero El Rey T'Challa interfiere.
Volvemos con el Capi y Iron Man, en donde podemos ver que el mismo Capitan America le está dando una buena paliza a Tony, pero en ese momento analiza su patrón de ataque del Capi por lo que el mismo logra vencerlo y ser superior pero gracias a una distracción El capitán rompe el corazón de luz de Tony (Llamémoslo así) y el traje dejo de funcionar, El capitán sale con Bucky y Tony le dice al Capitán que no merece ese escudo porque el que lo creo fue el padre de Stark. El capitán deja el escudo y se van.
Poco después vemos a Helmut encarcelado pero dice que se encuentra feliz porque su idea funciono. Pasa el tiempo y vemos que el capitán le envía una carta a Tony, donde se disculpa por todo y en esa caja le deja un teléfono por si lo llega a necesitar. En ese mismo momento podemos ver que el capitán se infiltra en la balsa para liberar sus compañeros.
Pero no todo termina aquí, en las escenas post créditos podemos ver que Bucky y el Capitan se encuentran en Wakanda siendo protegidos para que mientras se resuelva el caso en el que ellos dos queden como inocentes. Por mientras Bucky entra a una capsula para dormirlo para sacarle ese lavado de cerebro que creo Hydra en el, y así culmina esta gran y prestigiosa película.
Esta película sé que es bastante vieja, pero nos deja buenas sensaciones que si pasara por la televisión o la queremos ver, nos hace saltar de nuestro sillón por lo emocionante e impactante que es. Yo soy muy fan de Marvel, y cuando salió a la luz esta película, empezando con el tráiler viendo a Spider Man tomando el escudo del Capitán América, admito que quede con la boca abierta de lo inesperado y emocionante que se puede poner.
Esta película me encanta porque no es como siempre vemos, que es los villanos contras los héroes, esto profundiza más allá de todo, en donde nos saca del contexto de lo que siempre vimos en Avengers. Aquí podemos ver como se peleaban unos con los otros, siendo un caos y una intriga tan grande del porqué quieren controlar a los vengadores, por los actos heroicos que hicieron cuando Loki y luego contra Ultron, haciéndolos culpar de los daños colaterales que provoco estos mismos enfrentamientos por el bien de la humanidad. Me encanta y sigo diciendo que las películas o series de marvel son lo mejor que podemos apreciar hoy en día, Vimos como gracias a estas películas, dan protagonismo y apariciones a personajes que no conocíamos, como por ejemplo a Black Panther, poco después saco su propia película al igual que Spider Man, a pesar que ya sabíamos de él, volvieron a revivir personajes que no se podía dejar en el pasado y hoy en día vemos como el mundo de Marvel ha crecido gracias a esto.
Califico esta película como una Excelencia y créeme no se arrepentirán de verla si es que aún no lo han llegado a ver. Hasta la próxima.

Here we return to the present where we can see Wanda, Captain America, Black Widow and Falcon. Searching for the Hydra soldiers in Budapest. In the next scene we can see that those soldiers arrive turning over a garbage truck, brutally entering the police station. Here the avengers appear to stop this matter. Wanda sends Captain America upstairs to a building to get rid of the toxic gas. The soldiers try to escape with a biological weapon, at that moment Black Widow appears where they face all the soldiers but cannot with the Skull Soldier. Captain interferes but can't and knocks him out.
They try to escape but are caught by Falcon and Wanda, then Captain America appears to stop him and stop the Biological Weapon. The captain, recognizing who the Skull Soldier is, tells him that Bucky remembered Steve but they washed his mind so at that moment he activates a bomb but Wanda does not let it explode, although he could not contain it, he did not think where to send it and I take him to a building where he kills a bunch of people.
We see Tony using a technology where we can see his past as he exposes it in front of hundreds of students, everyone applauds and the program ends. Shortly after we see a woman talking to him, where she shows him a photo of her son named Charlie where she tells him that he died because of her and the avengers, leaving an awkward silence in Tony.
Later we can see how the Wakanda government complains about the explosion where it killed many people. This is why all the avengers meet by order of the secretary of state, who tells them that public opinion considers them as vigilantes who violate the laws where they have caused damage during all this time. So a decision is made by 117 countries that the avengers are under the orders of the United Nations, they leave and let them think.
Shortly after we see a character named Helmut Zemo, where he enters a house to steal some files from Hydra, here we can see that he speaks to the owner of that house, who mentions him about a mission that took place in 1991, but how he refused , ends up drowning him and he leaves.
The avengers discuss whether to be under the orders of the United Nations or not, they begin to discuss where Vision comment that since the superheroes are public, the crimes increased for this reason, he is in favor of the agreement with Tony where he tells him that he is right since he mentions the case of the boy who died. Captain America refuses this agreement with Romanoff, at that moment Steve receives a message that she does not wake up so we see instantly that she is at the funeral of Agent Carter who died. His niece makes a speech where you don't have to be subdued by any power, where the captain thinks very well. At that moment Romanoff appears and tells them that a certain part of the team signed where it is yes to join or refuse to this.
Later Black Widow meets Prince T'Challa and his father the King, where they are part of the council. At that moment the King gives a speech so they later suffer an attack where the King does not survive the explosion and dies. Here we can see that the culprit of this attack was Bucky. Prince T'Challa says that he will personally take revenge on his father's death.
In Budapest we meet Bucky and Captain America, where they meet again but are interrupted by German forces but the two of them join forces to escape from there. Bucky jumps from a building and meets the Black Panther where he seeks to kill him but he escapes, while Captain America also chases them, and after them the police. In the end they are cornered next to a war machine to stop them, here we can see that the black panther is Prince T'Challa who happens to be the King.
We are in Berlin, where he was transferred there to be arrested. Captain America and the others take away their weapons so they can't do anything else, at that very moment we see someone approaching in that place. Tony proposes that he sign that deal, but when he finds out that he is holding Wanda, he refuses. At that moment we see that Bucky will be interrogated and apart from that shot, we see that the suspicious man begins to make a delivery to the base.
The one who is going to do the interrogation is Helmut Zemo, at that moment we see that the delivery of that man was a machine that made a probe so it takes away the electricity from the place. Helmut Zemo starts to tell Bucky some forbidden words where he looked for him in that house, where it's a rare Hydra language book where when he starts to say it, Bucky starts to squirm but soon after he turns into a puppet but from him, where he mentions to Bucky about the 1991 mission.
Steve enters this scandal and looks at Helmut but does not trust him, but suddenly Bucky appears to fight him and everyone in his path such as Iron Man, Falcon, Black widow and reaches a helicopter to escape from there but Captain arrives America to stop him and this is where you can see that great scene from the trailer where Captain America stops the helicopter with his super strength. He was effective in stopping him and destroys the helicopter and rescues Bucky, but in the meantime Helmut escapes and heads to Moscow.
Bucky wakes up and remembers his old friend Steve where he tells him that Helmut is looking for the base where he was guarded since he says that there are more winter soldiers, at that moment we can see memories where Hydra used these super soldier serums in people but they did not resist and had to freeze it. So Falcon and Captain America need more team to stop Helmut from causing the other super soldiers to wake up.
But while this situation happens, there is the other main problem, where the secretary of defense arrives and tells Tony that the other avengers have 36 hours to stop them, but at that moment Black Widow and Iron man also need their team so why therefore they will also look for their team. At that moment Tony looks for Peter Parker. Hawkeye also rescues Wanda from vision. And Captain America's team gets their weapons back and they recruit both Wanda and Ant Man.
Captain America wants to meet again with Iron Man to tell him about the problem that is happening with Hydra, but he does not listen and another of the shocking scenes of the trailer arrives where Spider Man takes away Captain America's shield. At that moment Ant Man arrives and snatches the shield from Spider Man to give it to Captain America and here begins this famous confrontation.
El Capitan vs. Black Panther; Ant Man vs. Black Widow; and Spider Man vs. Falcon and Bucky. Meanwhile Tony tries to stop Wanda. At that moment Vision arrives and the all against all begins. Bucky confesses that he did not kill King T'Challa's father, Captain America rebukes Spider Man and Ant Man shrinks down to damage Iron Man's suit. Everything is chaos but Bucky tells Captain that he is closer to the base then try to sacrifice themselves to entertain Iron Man's team to kill time, Bucky and the Captain eventually run into Black Widow but she sides with him.
They escape but Iron Man and War Machine chases them, vision to stop them fails in the shot and hits War Machine's armor and is damaged causing it to not work anymore and falls from the top. At this time we can see that he had certain fractures in the cervical.
Tony discovers that Helmut framed Bucky and you want to look for him, they go to where Falcon and Hawkeye are and he shows them that he is on their side, he shows him evidence and he leaves for the place, he escapes but is chased by the Black Panther . In the place, the Captain and Iron Man make a truce to look for Helmut and there they can see all those super soldiers frozen in capsules inside the base, but we see that they have been killed by Helmut himself since bullet wounds are seen in their skulls.
At that moment we can see that he is inside an anti-explosion bunker. We look for explanations and he tells them that he is doing all this because he lost an agent that he wanted because of the avengers. At that moment they show them a video where we can see Bucky in those times that he stole the serums and killers from Tony Stark's parents, seeing this, he is filled with impotence and tells Captain America that if he knew about that and he said yes, at that moment of anger and sadness he hits bucky and the captain doesn't allow it because he tried to make him escape and the fight between the three of them begins.
While on the other hand Black Panther gets Helmut and he tells him what happened to his family and it took him two days to find their bodies after that battle of the avengers and since he knew he couldn't kill them, he created controversy for them to kill each other them, Helmut attempts suicide but King T'Challa interferes.
We return with Cap and Iron Man, where we can see that Captain America himself is giving Tony a good beating, but at that moment he analyzes Cap's attack pattern so that he himself manages to defeat him and be superior but thanks to a distraction The captain breaks Tony's heart of light (let's call it that) and the suit stopped working, The captain goes out with Bucky and Tony tells the Captain that he doesn't deserve that shield because the one who created it was Stark's father. The captain leaves the shield and they leave.
Shortly after we see Helmut imprisoned but he says that he is happy because his idea worked. Time passes and we see that the captain sends a letter to Tony, where he apologizes for everything and leaves a phone in that box in case he needs it. At that same moment we can see that the captain infiltrates the raft to free his companions.
But not everything ends here, in the post-credits scenes we can see that Bucky and the Captain are in Wakanda being protected so that while the case is solved they both remain innocent. While Bucky enters a capsule to put him to sleep to remove that brainwash that Hydra created in him, and thus ends this great and prestigious film.
I know this movie is quite old, but it leaves us with good feelings that if it were to go on television or we want to see it, it makes us jump out of our armchair because of how exciting and impressive it is. I'm a big fan of Marvel, and when this movie came to light, starting with the trailer seeing Spider Man taking Captain America's shield, I admit that I was amazed at how unexpected and exciting it can be.
I love this movie because it's not like we always see, which is the villains against the heroes, this delves beyond everything, where it takes us out of the context of what we always saw in Avengers. Here we can see how they fought with each other, being such a chaos and intrigue as to why they want to control the Avengers, for the heroic acts they did when Loki and then against Ultron, making them blame the collateral damage caused by these same clashes for the good of humanity. I love it and I keep saying that Marvel movies or series are the best we can appreciate today. We saw how, thanks to these movies, they give prominence and appearances to characters that we did not know, such as Black Panther, shortly after he took out his own movie just like Spider Man, even though we already knew about him, they revived characters that could not be left in the past and today we see how the world of Marvel has grown thanks to this.
I qualify this movie as an Excellence and believe me you will not regret seeing it if you have not seen it yet. Until next time.
