We love to Watch a movie together in the weekend. Mr. Director and Mrs. Producer on the couch with popcorn and Coca Cola. I never did a review before but seeing some post on the steemisphere this one is added. Just like we did saturday evening !
So this blog is my first review about :
Three billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri
Its a movie that aired in 2017, with famous actors like : Francis mcDormond, Sam Rockwell and My All time favorite diversitile actor Woody Harrelson was a blockbuster.
The story is about a mom, a great mother who looses her daughter. A mother personally challenges the local authorities to solve her daughter's murder when they fail to catch the murderer.
The murder in the little town is huge and When after 7 months nothing is coming out of the investigation. Mom takes matters in her own hands. She puts up three billboard asking and adressing the chief of police to re open the case. A horror story about a devistated mother and a dedicaded one. Hurt and greaf can make harsh decisions. I understand her! Being a mom some parts of the movie Made My hart cry. I would go out of My way to and do anything i think. She eventually in her own unconditional and unconventional way succeeded. The suffering of the whole family is brutally honest.
Best performance by a female actress in a leading role : winner Frances McDormond Best performance by a male actor in a supporting role : winner Sam Rockwell ( Academy awards -oscars 2018 )
