Day 822 | Watching The Wonder Years

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....


I didn't do all that much yesterday because I'm not feeling 100%. I did start watching The Wonder Years which is a tv-show I briefly remember from my childhood but never really watched. The first season Was 6 episodes and I watched all of them really liking it. It's amazing how such an old show holds up these days. Each episode is only 25 minutes and I do plan to watch all 6 seasons. I rarely watch tv anymore these days (mostly youtube) but for this, I'm happy to make an exception

I also had somewhat of a fasting day mostly drinking water.

Weight Control: My goal is to reach 62kg and slowly start to gain some muscle from then on out. I started this at around 65.5kg

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days
