Emily en Paris, es una serie que ha definidio su público y su estilo desde su primera temporada y creo que muchas personas sabemos de que va la trama y tenemos muy claro que es una serie llena de los tipicos clichés romanticos de siempre, que no tiene muchos atractivos en si, pero que resulta divertida y demasiado fácil de maratonear; la tercera temporada regresa en la época perfecta porque tengo el chance de poder disfrutarla episodio tras episodio, así que hoy hablaremos sobre lo que pienso de esta nueva temporada.
Emily en Paris 3, retoma la historia justo dónde fue dejada, Emily se encuentra en una disputa, puesto que ahora tiene dos oportunidades de trabajo y un dilema amoroso, ella intenta llevar las cosas lo mejor posible pero nada resulta como lo esperaba, así que tendrá que reinventarse para afrontar su realidad: debe decidir hacia dónde va su corazón, tanto en el ámbito laboral como el emocional.
Emily in Paris, is a series that has defined its audience and its style since its first season and I think many people know what the plot is about and we are very clear that it is a series full of the typical romantic clichés of always, which does not have many attractions in itself, but it is fun and too easy to marathon; the third season returns at the perfect time because I have the chance to enjoy it episode after episode, so today we will talk about what I think of this new season.
Emily in Paris 3, picks up the story right where it left off, Emily finds herself in a dispute, since she now has two job opportunities and a love dilemma, she tries to make the best of things but nothing turns out as she expected, so she will have to reinvent herself to face her reality: she must decide where her heart is going, both in the work and emotional sphere.

Esta temporada regresa la historia antes conocida, Emily viviendo situaciones complicadas luego de que su mentora de toda la vida se enfretará a la revelación de Silvie, esta también le ofrece un puesto a Emily en su nueva empresa; al verse en esta situación, ella intentará sobrellevar ambas ideas pero terminará resultando todo mal y se enfrentará a descubrirse a si misma y emprender un nuevo camino.
Lo característico de esta serie es precisamente que la trama pasa muy rápido y las situaciones se resuelven magicamente todo el tiempo, pero especialmente en esta temporada, siento que paso todo super rápido, fue como una sobrecarga de información que no del todo me gustó, pero esto es completamente personal porque el giro que paso en la trama no me gustó para nada, y esto tiene mucha relación con los personajes.
Los personajes en general me dan la impresión de que no tienen un progreso, muy especialmente Emily, sigo sintiendo que es la misma persona empizanada en el trabajo y muy brillante pero que suele ser tan imprudente que molesta a los demás personajes e incluso al espectador, además su indecisión en el ámbito amoroso me desespera, y es que, Gabriel en esta oportunidad fue para mi un personaje que me molesto completamente, desde sus decisiones y su actitud, personalmente no sentí química entre él y Emily, todo muy forzado en algunas partes.

The characteristic of this series is precisely that the plot happens very fast and the situations are magically resolved all the time, but especially in this season, I feel that everything happened super fast, it was like an overload of information that I did not quite like, but this is completely personal because the twist that happened in the plot I did not like at all, and this has a lot to do with the characters.
The characters in general give me the impression that they have no progress, especially Emily, I still feel that is the same person empizanada at work and very bright but often so reckless that bothers the other characters and even the viewer, also his indecision in the field of love makes me despair, and is that, Gabriel this time was for me a character that bothered me completely, from their decisions and their attitude, personally I did not feel chemistry between him and Emily, all very forced in some parts.

Un personaje que ame fue Alfie, para mi, uno de los que esta temporada se siente más humano. Silvie por otro lado, me sigue gustando, siempre he sido fan de lo que intentan proyectar con ella: seguridad y fuerza; aunque suele ser un poco dura con los demás siempre logra tener buenos gestos y decisiones que nos dejan claro que no es tan mala como parece. Una persona que tuvo picos interesantes en su desarrollo es Camille, siento que la amas y la odias de momento, pero al final del día es un reflejo de aquellas personas que siguen un camino de apariencias, que se dejan llevar por la costumbre pero que en algún momento tienen un despertar.
Volviendo a la trama y al desenlace de la misma, solo puedo decir que son muchos clichés juntos pero que nuevamente se hacen entretenidos porque es el estilo que ya la serie ha marcado en otras oportunidades y como espectadores esperamos eso de ella, sin embargo, si me gustaría ver que se rete más Emily como personaje, ver que en algún momento tome fuerza y sea más arriesgada.
Un gancho de esta serie en mí, son los paisajes, en este punto ya estamos acostumbrados a algunos lugares que han sido comunes, pero me gusta que incluyan nuevos lugares para deleitarnos con la perfecta Paris; esta es una de los puntos que me llama para ver esta serie temporada tras temporada.
A character I loved was Alfie, for me, one of those who this season feels more human. Silvie on the other hand, I still like her, I've always been a fan of what they try to project with her: security and strength; although she tends to be a bit harsh with others she always manages to have good gestures and decisions that make it clear that she is not as bad as she seems. One person who had interesting peaks in her development is Camille, I feel you love her and hate her at the moment, but at the end of the day she is a reflection of those people who follow a path of appearances, who get carried away by habit but at some point have an awakening.
Returning to the plot and the outcome of it, I can only say that they are many clichés together but again they are entertaining because it is the style that the series has already marked in other opportunities and as viewers we expect that from her, however, if I would like to see more Emily as a character is challenged, see that at some point take strength and be more risky.
A hook of this series in me, are the landscapes, at this point we are already used to some places that have been common, but I like that they include new places to delight us with the perfect Paris; this is one of the points that calls me to watch this series season after season.

Esta casi confirmada la temporada 4, porque la trama quedó inconclusa, solo falta la confirmación de Netflix, para mí siento que la historia puede ir tomando cierre pero sabemos como es Netflix en algunas ocasiones. Por otro lado, me gustaría que en la próxima temporada los personajes tengan un poco más de crecimiento y desarrollo.
Emily en Paris, temporada 3, es más de lo mismo, algo que ya habiamos conocido pero que te engancha porque como público tienes claridad del tipo de serie. Una serie para pasar el rato, para hacer maratón y para ver paisajes lindos de Paris, tener muchos factores como moda, romance y drama; personalmente me gusto mucho más la temporada pasada pero finalmente esta también la disfruté.
This almost confirmed season 4, because the plot was left unfinished, only lacking confirmation from Netflix, for me I feel that the story can be taking closure but we know how Netflix is sometimes. On the other hand, I would like that in the next season the characters have a little more growth and development.
Emily in Paris, season 3, is more of the same, something we had already known but that hooks you because as an audience you have clarity of the type of series. A series to pass the time, to marathon and to see beautiful landscapes of Paris, to have many factors such as fashion, romance and drama; personally I liked last season much more but finally I enjoyed this one too.
