Analysis
This is a super villain who adopts some girls to devise a plan to steal or weapon that reduces objects, so he can get steal the moon. Gru despite being a villain who only thinks about obtaining an object, the love that the girls gave him, made Gru change the ambition for an object and its central importance is the girls.
