Chucky el muñeco diabólico es una franquicia que tiene un total de 7 películas y un remake que no tuvo mucho éxito, esta serie ahora continua con los hechos de la séptima película, donde vemos un chucky con la capacidad de transferir parte de su alma a varios muñecos sin mayor problema, la serie nos pone en la piel de protagonistas bastante jóvenes, que tan en ese punto de niños pasando a ser adolescentes, entonces justamente la serie explorar sus desarrollos emocionales, de los cuales chucky se va a aprovechando de cierta forma, digamos que hay un juego psicológico interesante, y algo que se agradece es que el muñeco si es un muñeco y no puro CGI sin sentido, haciendo que los movimientos y expresiones de chucky se te hagan mas aterradores, además de eso la trama no solo nos pone en perspectiva de estos jóvenes, también vamos viendo el pasado de charles antes de meterse su alma en este muñeco y comenzar los hechos de la primera película, algo que se te hace interesante, apenas acaba de salir este primer capitulo, pero es suficiente como para sacar la conclusión que a esta serie le espera algo grande, pienso que tienen la oportunidad de dar una digna secuela a las películas y tal ves tener un buen cierre para esta franquicia tan longeva.

Algo que si puede ser fastidioso es que repiten mucho las mismas tonadas en varias escenas, las canciones se repiten y esto puede llegar a ser molesto, las actuaciones no son ni malas ni buenas, cumplen con ser aceptables, excepto la voz de chucky que como siempre es algo fantástico de escuchar, algo interesante que hace la serie es explorar temas actuales los cuales no los sientes forzados o sacados de contextos ya que los personajes lo hacen con naturalidad o no resaltándolo como algo increíble, al principio del episodio podrás notar como te juegan con la doble moral pero al final queda claro que chucky no esta hay para ser entre comillas buenas acciones es un loco total y desenfrenado que solo busca hacer sufrir a todo el que se le atraviese.
