Hola mi gente, se acuerdan cuando la Saga de películas de Saw era popular, al punto que puso un precedente para las películas de terror llenas de gore y con una buena historia, que ya no solamente era una simple excusa para ver violencia, esto fue así hasta su quinta película de allí en adelante todo fue un desastre que si bien era entretenida ya no estaba a la altura, intentaron revivir la franquicia con Jigsaw pero termino por no ser tan buena como se esperaba, entonces hace como dos años anunciaron que Chris Rock haría una película de Saw nueva junto a Samuel L Jackson muy buenos actores pero por alguna razón ya la propuesta empezaba a sonar mal, y cuando por fin se estrena la película, al verla pensé, saben que, no esta nada mal, no es una obra de arte, pero al menos le hace cierta justifica a la franquicia.

Lo primero que deben saber y estar muy claros, es que si no vistes las anteriores películas de Saw y eres nuevo, la verdad no importa, esta película tiene las bases para sostenerse por si sola, y esto es algo la verdad que positivo, las acciones son decentes, no son perfectas, pero cumple con su deber y es que si personajes como el de Samuel L jackson cumple con su deber de estar hay en la trama pero no terminan de encajar del todo, a cambio el de Chris Rock, mas sínico y golpeado por la vida es genial, la trama nos va desenvolviendo entre cada muerte, la corrupción policial que existe dentro del departamento de policía haciendo que en un principio sospechemos de todos.

La violencia es dolorosa, a pesar de que las anteriores películas tenían mucho mas gore, esta se siente mas fuerte, por que la violencia esta puesta de manera que sientas el dolor, la fotografía, los sonidos y la música, hace que te metas en escena rápidamente, un punto super negativo es que se nota de lejos a mitad de película quien es el asesino, por un simple error que cometieron en producción, aun así es lo de menos, ya que el final si le da buena vuelta inesperada a estos policías corruptos, dejan las puertas abiertas para una secuela, la película es buena pero si debo decir que hay producciones de netflix, que ganan, en cuestión de calidad, pero de verdad disfrútenla es un buen filme, que renace a saw.
