The Marvel universe has made it clear that multiversal travel is possible in their sagas and it is something they have strongly introduced in this second cinematic phase, each of their movies after finishing avengers have to do with parallel universes, different timelines, variants of many characters and more. All the stories are lining up to put together a plot where there is a complete relationship between the super heroes and villains.
Ant-Man better known as Ant-Man is one of those characters that has been gaining weight within the story, initially he could be considered filler because he did not have much relevance, but once the quantum world was explored many possibilities were opened, in the fight against Thanos he was crucial to travel in time and bring back those who had died with the snap of the Mad Titan, but now served to give entry in his last film to the new villain of this phase who is known as Kang the Conqueror.
Quantumania is the name of the third installment of Ant-Man and the Wasp, there we see a Scott Lang enjoying the benefits of being a famous superhero and savior of the world, which lives a dream life considering that before becoming a superhero was nothing more than a thief, however all this is part of the past because he has nothing to worry about but to improve as a father and motivate others through their stories and writings embodied in a book.
Without villains lurking there is not much that superheroes can do and in that sense we see this character leading a practically normal life, he is a man who sadly has divorced and has a somewhat complicated relationship with his daughter, nothing big, that is the introduction that we are shown at the beginning of the film, Later on like any super hero movie the problems begin, and this is one of the things that I liked to say it in a way, I am a lover of deep plots but I recognize that the films of this genre to be so long and extensive do not build the plot of a character in a single installment but they do it gradually, so the importance of seeing each installment.

Returning to the point, in less than 20 minutes we already have a story with lots of action, Janet Hope's mother keeps an ancient secret, she lived 30 years in the quantum world and did not tell anything of what she experienced there to her family on the outside, but as the secrets do not last forever by the "curiosity" of Lang's daughter they were taken back to the quantum world, place where a greater evil awaited them.
In this way Marvel shows us a stronger but still inferior version of Kang the Conqueror who after appearing briefly at the end of Loki's first season makes his appearance becoming the enemy to beat in this installment. Here we can see Kang as an exile, trapped and contained in the quantum realm due to his thirst for conquest, or that is what we are made to see until we get to the end of the movie where we see other variants of Kang who at first glance look more cruel and powerful, also show to have a plan among themselves to achieve their purposes.
The character of Kang has really caught my attention more than most superheroes, I find it very interesting how Marvel has introduced the concept of variants, which makes us see many facets of this character trying to have control of the universe as we were shown in Loki. Kang is a pseudo god who directs and controls the timeline in the style of Chronos from Greek mythology, and I am sure that as new installments are shown we will see more of this character until we are shown the most powerful of them all.
The film as such enjoyed a good visual section, the scenarios very well developed showed the power of special effects, plus the creativity of the team in creating races in the quantum realm, everything was very well cared for, the only thing I'm noticing low is the final resolution of the battles or conflicts, as happened in Wakanda Forever here they defeated Kang in an unexpected and let's say very superficial way, the scenes kept the epicness of Avengers at the end and that seemed to me a copy of the denouement against Thanos, the only difference was that they were giant ants instead of Wakandans, I think they could have done something better, the 1 on 1 battle between Kang and Ant-Man had good choreography, the martial arts of the conqueror were outstanding, I did like that and made me think about the death of the avenger, but in the end everything went as expected and this version of Kang was defeated for the good fortune of all.
I confess that I did not have high expectations for this movie, Ant-Man's character does not particularly call my attention, but if I had to give a score I would have to give a 6 maximum 7 to this installment, at the end of all it served as a good movie to pass the time, you can see it without arguing so much because it goes straight to the action, and that in superhero movies is what matters most or entertains.

Quantumania: Una buena película para pasar el rato
El universo de Marvel ha dejado claro que los viajes multiversales son posibles en sus sagas y es algo que han introducido fuertemente en esta segunda fase cinematográfica, cada una de sus películas luego de finalizar avengers tienen que ver con universos paralelos, diferentes líneas de tiempo, variantes de muchos personajes y más. Todas las historias se están alineando para armar una trama donde haya una relación completa entre los súper héroes y villanos.
Ant-Man mejor conocido como el hombre hormiga es uno de esos personajes que ha venido ganando peso dentro de la historia, inicialmente se le podía considerar de relleno porque no tenía mucha relevancia, pero una vez se exploró el mundo cuántico se abrieron muchas posibilidades, en la lucha contra Thanos fue crucial para viajar en el tiempo y traer de vuelta a los que habían muerto con el chasquido del Titán loco, pero ahora sirvió para dar entrada en su última película al nuevo villano de esta fase quien es conocido como Kang el Conquistador.
Quantumania es el nombre de la tercera entrega de Ant-Man y la Avispa, allí vemos a un Scott Lang disfrutando de las bondades de ser un súper héroe famoso y salvador del mundo, el cual vive una vida de ensueño considerando que antes de convertirse en súper héroe no era más que un ladrón, sin embargo todo esto es parte del pasado pues no tiene de que preocuparse sino de mejorar como padre y motivar a los demás a través de sus historias y escritos plasmados en un libro.
Sin villanos al acecho no hay mucho que los súper héroes puedan hacer y en ese sentido vemos a este personaje llevando una vida prácticamente normal, es un hombre que tristemente se ha divorciado y tiene una relación un poco complicada con su hija, nada del otro mundo, esa es la introducción que se nos muestra nada más comenzar la película, más adelante como toda película de súper héroes comienzan los problemas, y esta es una de las cosas que me gusto por decirlo de una manera, soy amante de las tramas profundas pero reconozco que los film de este género al ser tan largos y extensos no construyen la trama de un personaje en una sola entrega sino que lo hacen paulatinamente, por eso la importancia de ver cada entrega.

Volviendo al punto, en menos de 20 minutos ya tenemos una historia con mucha acción, Janet la madre de Hope guarda un secreto antiguo, vivió 30 años en el mundo cuántico y no conto nada de lo que allí experimento a su familia en el exterior, pero como los secretos no duran para siempre por la “curiosidad” de la hija de Lang fueron llevados de vuelta al mundo cuántico, lugar donde un mayor mal les esperaba.
De esta forma Marvel nos muestra una versión más fuerte pero aun inferior de Kang el Conquistador quien luego de aparecer brevemente al final de la primera temporada de Loki hace su aparición convirtiéndose en el enemigo a vencer en esta entrega. Aquí podemos ver a Kang como un exiliado, atrapado y contenido en el reino cuántico debido a su sed de conquista, o eso es lo que se nos hace ver hasta que llegamos al final de la película donde vemos a otras variantes de Kang que a simple vista se ven más crueles y poderosas, además muestran tener un plan entre sí para conseguir sus propósitos.
Verdaderamente me ha llamado más la atención el personaje de Kang que la mayoría de súper héroes, me parece muy interesante como Marvel ha introducido el concepto de variantes, lo que nos hace ver muchas facetas de este personaje tratando de tener el control del universo tal cual como se nos mostró en Loki. Kang es un pseudo dios que dirige y controla la línea del tiempo al propio estilo de Cronos de la mitología griega, y estoy seguro que a medida que se vayan mostrando nuevas entregas podremos ver más de este personaje hasta que se nos muestre al más poderoso de todos ellos.
La película como tal gozo de un buen apartado visual, los escenarios muy bien desarrollados hicieron gala del poder de los efectos especiales, además de la creatividad del equipo en la creación de razas en el reino cuántico, todo fue muy bien cuidado, lo único que estoy notando bajo es la resolución final de las batallas o conflictos, tal cual como sucedió en Wakanda Forever aquí vencieron a Kang de un forma inesperada y digamos muy superficial, las escenas mantuvieron la epicidad de Avengers al final y eso me pareció una copia del desenlace contra Thanos, la única diferencia fue que eran hormigas gigantes en vez de wakandianos, pienso que pudieron hacer algo mejor, la batalla de 1 contra 1 entre Kang y Ant-Man tuvo buena coreografía, las artes marciales del conquistador fueron destacables, eso sí me gusto y me hizo pensar en la muerte del vengador, pero al final todo salió como era de esperarse y esta versión de Kang para fortuna de todos fue derrotada.
Confieso que no tenía altas expectativas de esta película, el personaje de Ant-Man particularmente no me llama la atención, pero si tuviera que dar un puntaje tendría que ponerle un 6 máximo 7 a esta entrega, al final de todo sirvió como una buena película para pasar el rato, se puede ver sin argumentar tanto porque va de lleno a la acción, y eso en las películas de súper héroes es lo que más importa o entretiene.
