The film is about Calvin Sims—played by Marlon Wayans—a dangerous and cunning criminal. Calvin has a very unique physical condition: he has dwarfism and stands barely a meter tall, which is why his nickname is "Babyface"—hahaha! Calvin was in prison, but he served his sentence and has now been released.

Upon his release from prison, his clumsy brother Percy convinces him to take on a dangerous job for a mafia organization led by the ruthless boss Mr. Walken: stealing a highly valuable diamond from a high-security jewelry store.

The robbery takes a complicated turn when a jewelry store clerk realizes the diamond is missing; she calls the police, and a chase ensues. Calvin and his brother manage to escape and hide in a convenience store, where Calvin decides to stash the gem inside the handbag of an executive named Vanessa Edwards in order to get rid of the evidence.

After tracking Vanessa to her home, Calvin and Percy discover a vulnerability: Vanessa’s husband, Darryl, is obsessed with becoming a father—a desire his wife has put on hold due to her demanding career. Seizing the opportunity, Percy convinces Calvin to do something crazy to get the diamond back: shave his entire body, put on diapers, disguise himself as an adorable abandoned baby, and leave himself on their doorstep.

What Calvin planned as a quick infiltration mission to retrieve the gem turned into a nightmare—haha! Darryl ends up adopting him, finally fulfilling his dream of becoming a father. Well, you’ll have to see the rest of the story for yourselves; Calvin goes through all sorts of humiliating and hilarious situations—all for the sake of a valuable diamond.

⚖️ Strengths:

(Pros):

• The film offers no respite, which keeps the viewer from getting bored.
• In the 2000s, comedies—like this one—weren't afraid to use risqué jokes; today, it would likely be "cancelled" (personally, I quite enjoy a bit of dark humor).

⚖️ Puntos Fuertes:

(Pros):

Personal Opinion:

To be honest, Little Man is a rather absurd and ridiculous film, but that is precisely why it’s so entertaining if you’re just looking to pass the time and have a laugh at some pure silliness. It’s no work of art, but it perfectly fulfills its purpose of providing entertainment through its humor.
