The Joker is aided in his Halloween quest to render modern technology useless and take over Gotham City by Solomon Grundy, Silver Banshee, Clayface and Scarecrow.
Good
- pretty decent tv animation
- casting and voice as always top notch
- the character design is an acquired taste but it fits very well
- few good twists and turns to keep you and your kid entertained
- theres other super heroes to root for
Bad
- jarring robot trex render.
- the story is a bit simple and also you can legit feel the run time of the movie. Its a 1:30 hr/min.
Verdict: Matinee
