That’s why Le Mans ’66 was released. In this film, the director takes us back to the 1960s to tell the story of the rivalry between Ford and Ferrari, two highly renowned car brands. It certainly highlights one of the races where Ford seeks to defeat the Italian brand at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Por eso se estrenó Le Mans '66, donde aquí el director nos lleva a los años 60 para contarnos la rivalidad entre Ford y Ferrari, dos marcas de carro muy reconocidas, sin duda también resalta una de las carreras donde Ford busca vencer a la marca italiana en las 24 Horas de Le Mans, siendo toda una película muy emocionante, cargada de aventura y a la vez como dos marcas con el mismo propósito, pero que sola una sea la mejor del mundo.

Una de las cosas que funciona más allá de las carreras son los personajes que están presente y entre ellos esta Carroll Shelby un antiguo piloto que ganó muchas carreras y ahora se convirtió en diseñador y responsable de desarrollar el carro con que Ford pretende ganarle a Ferrari. Mientras que, por otro lado, está Ken Miles, un piloto británico con una habilidad única, calzarse conducir y luchar hasta el último segundo de cada carrera y eso hace que la película sea emocionante y a la vez demuestre que dos personas con una mentalidad ganadora pueden llegar lejos, además al compartir la misma pasión por los carros será todo mucho más fácil y eso nos lleva a preguntarnos ¿Podrá Ford superar a Ferrari?
Cada minuto de la película se sienta mucho más emocionante y a la vez esa presión de poder hacer las cosas bien, ya que está juego dinero, tiempo, además con todos esos elementos hace que la película sea diferente, puesto que también presenta momentos realmente divertidos, humor y también aprendizaje. Mientras que las escenas también forman parte de todo ese proceso, puesto que están cargadas de carros, motores, velocidad y sobre todo que cada carrera tiene un propósito y algo en juego, haciendo énfasis en algo muy importante como lo es la lucha entre la pasión y los negocios.

Le Mans ’66 also explores cars, friendship, ambition, pride, and what happens when a passionate individual has to face a system much larger than themselves. So if you like cars, this might be for you, but even if you’re not a motorsports fan, it’s still worth giving it a chance—because at its core, the film isn’t about who has the fastest car, but about the people who are willing to push themselves to the limit to achieve something that seemed impossible.
Esta es una producción perfectamente para todas las edades, ya que más allá de mostrar carreras la película consigue explicar el conflicto de una manera sencilla y, sobre todo han pasado muchos años desde eso y hoy en día se mantiene esa rivalidad entre marcas de carro. Como también le Mans '66 habla de coches, de amistad, ambición, orgullo y de lo que ocurre cuando una persona apasionada tiene que enfrentarse a un sistema mucho más grande que ella. Así que si te gustan los coches, esta puede ser para ti, pero si no eres aficionado al automovilismo, también merece la pena darle una oportunidad, porque en el fondo la película no trata sobre quién tiene el coche más rápido, sino sobre las personas que están dispuestas a llegar hasta el límite para conseguir algo que parecía imposible.
