And when it comes to young people, it highlights the realization that living apart from one another can become the worst possible scenario. That’s why this film depicts love that arrives—but also fades away.
The film features two young people in the prime of their romance, which is why the production maintains a compelling narrative and takes us to Mallorca—the perfect setting to bring each scene to life, with its various streets and landscapes that make it ideal for love—and it is there that this story begins to unfold. Through this journey, they come to realize that we only get one life—that living doesn’t mean waiting for all problems to disappear, but rather knowing how to face them and laugh, travel, make mistakes, make decisions, and create memories.
Las películas del género de romance siempre tiene algo especial que las caracteriza, además con la idea de un viaje, un nuevo lugar, una persona especial, hacen que se conviertan en todo un éxito y siempre habrá personas que la vean. Por eso llega Sunrise: El último amanecer, con una historia de romance, pero demostrando que detrás de una relación existen personalidades, decisiones y a la vez cuando se trata de jóvenes es darse cuenta de que vivir sin la presencia del uno al otro, puede llegar a convertirse en lo peor, por eso será una producción donde el amor llega pero también desaparece.
La película cuenta con dos jóvenes donde están en la mejor etapa del amor, por eso es la producción mantiene una gran secuencia y nos lleva a Mallorca siendo lugar perfecto para recrear cada una de las escenas, por las distintas calles, paisajes logrando que sea Perfecto para el amor y es allí donde se comienza a construir esta historia. Logrando que ese viaje se den cuenta de que la vida es una sola, que vivir no significa esperar a que todos los problemas desaparezcan, sino saber enfrentarlo y reírse, viajar, equivocarse, tomar decisiones y crear recuerdos.
The most valuable aspect here is the characters in this story, which features a young woman whose mother tries to protect her but doesn’t make decisions for her, and who finds herself in a relationship where she begins to discover what she truly wants. It all becomes very exciting, since it’s a situation that many women may go through. On the other hand, there’s a young man with a different personality who enjoys life, and that way of living creates a connection simply through the curiosity of what that lifestyle would be like. As love gradually blossoms between them, we find ourselves asking: Will they get together? Will they make it as a couple?
This makes for a very good romantic film, since many people have surely gone through that stage, leading them to support one another, be there for each other, and realize that they truly care for one another. It works very well as a film precisely because it highlights several elements—such as the fact that we all have fears that hold us back, that we wait for the right moment to speak up, and that it reminds us it’s better to stop overthinking and enjoy the present.
Aquí lo más valioso son los personajes de esta historia, donde está una joven con una madre que busca protegerla, no toma decisiones y verla en una relación, donde comienza a descubrir qué quiere realmente, todo se vuelve muy emocionante, ya que es una situación que quizás muchas mujeres pasan por eso. Mientras que, por otro lado, está un joven con una personalidad diferente, disfrutando de la vida y esa formar de vivir hace que se cree una conexión por el mismo hecho de saber cómo sería ese estilo vida, siendo algo que poco a poco va surgiendo un amor unos preguntamos ¿Se unirán? ¿Llegarán lejos como pareja?
Esto permite que sea una película de romance muy buena, ya que seguramente muchos han pasado por esa etapa, logrando así que cada uno se apoye, esté allí presente y darse cuenta de que realmente le gusta a cada quien. Siendo algo que funciona muy bien como producción por el mismo hecho de que resalta varios elementos, como también todo tenemos algún miedo que nos hace detenernos, esperamos el momento indicado para hablar y a la vez hace ese llamado de que es mejor dejar pensar tanto y disfrutar el presente.
I really liked the outcome of Sunrise: The Last Dawn, because beyond being a romantic film, it’s the perfect opportunity to reflect on that very special stage of life that is love—and to realize that every day is a new chance to create many memories. That’s why the true meaning of this last dawn isn’t simply a stage in life, but also the chance to look ahead—and after all, life isn’t measured solely by how much time we have, but by everything we’re able to experience during that time.
Me gustó mucho el resultado de Sunrise: El último amanecer, ya que más allá de ser una producción de romance es perfectamente para reflexionar sobre esa etapa tan especial en la vida como es el amor, además saber que cada día es una nueva oportunidad para crear muchos recuerdos. Por eso el verdadero significado de este último amanecer, no es simplemente una etapa, sino también la posibilidad de mirar hacia adelante y después de todo, la vida no se mide únicamente por cuánto tiempo tenemos, sino por todo aquello que somos capaces de vivir durante ese tiempo.
