Hola gente linda de Movies & TV Shows, es increíble lo difícil que se me ha hecho poder ver una película que me guste en estos últimos días, por alguna razón siento que se me hace difícil disfrutar porque si a los primeros 20 minutos no me engancha no voy a querer seguir viéndola, antes de decidir ver esta película ya había colocado 3 opciones que no continúe viendo, a eso también se le suma el factor tiempo, como no tengo mucho tiempo libre, espero que la hora y media que vaya a dedicar a ver una película valga la pena y no termine siendo una perdida de tiempo.

Esta introducción se debe a lo poco que he estado publicando en la comunidad, ya que a veces siento que termino viendo algo que no me gusta y por ende no me animo a compartirla con ustedes, esta película que les traigo hoy la vi en Netflix, es italiana y tiene por nombre SIN MIEDO A LAS ESTRELLAS, lo que me gusto de su trailer es la protagonista y el problema de ansiedad generalizada que padece, porque por alguna razón me recuerda a mi, además de gustarme mucho ese país.

Tenemos a Sole una chica de 25 años que padece ansiedad generalizada a un nivel tan alto que debia ir a un terapeuta y tomar medicamentos, es una ansiedad que no la deja disfrutar de las cosas más simples de la vida, como viajar en un avión o poder estar tranquila en la presencia de un simple perrito, evidentemente esto termina siendo algo horrible para ella porque no la deja vivir una vida normal como cualquier joven de su edad, incluso hasta conseguir un trabajo le resulta un reto enorme debido a su ansiedad.

Aunque yo no sufro ese nivel de ansiedad, es una película que me hizo sentir empatía debido a que me recuerda mucho cuando salí de casa por primera vez para ir a la universidad, estar en otro estado de mi país, sin amigos, sin conocer a nadie, además siendo una persona completamente tímida no fue nada fácil y siento que fue el reto más grande de mi vida porque tenia que luchar con mi timidez, algo que con el tiempo he aprendido a superarlo paso a paso y esa fue una de las razones por la que termine viendo esta historia.
Although I don't suffer that level of anxiety, it is a film that made me feel empathy because it reminds me a lot of when I left home for the first time to go to university, being in another state of my country, without friends, without knowing anyone. nobody, also being a completely shy person it was not easy and I feel that it was the biggest challenge of my life because I had to fight with my shyness, something that over time I have learned to overcome step by step and that was one of the reasons Why I ended up watching this story.
Y eso es lo que nos enseña Sole en esta historia, a como a pesar de tener miedos, todos debemos aprender a luchar contra ellos y superarlos, gracias a su mejor amiga y una carta, Sole nos enseña a través de una simple lista la importancia que tiene aprender a vivir con miedo pero sin dejar que estos dominen tu vida y no te dejen vivir con plenitud, algo que poco a poco ella va a ir descubriendo en compañía del recuerdo de su persona favorita.

Aunque me gusto mucho la actuación de su protagonista y su historia, tenemos a una Sole que nos narra la trama en primera persona ya que siempre nos habla de frente interrumpiendo cualquier escena que amerite contar el contexto del momento, su interpretación me gusto porque puedes sentir en su mirada y sus gestos como sufre el personaje la ansiedad a un nivel diferente al resto de las personas.
Although I really liked the performance of its protagonist and its story, we have a Sole who narrates the plot in the first person since she always speaks to us from the front, interrupting any scene that deserves to tell the context of the moment, I liked her interpretation because you can feel in his gaze and his gestures, how the character suffers anxiety at a different level than the rest of the people.
A pesar de eso debo decir que la historia incluye ciertas escenas que ya están un poco ralladas, y que seguramente hemos visto en otras películas, además de que existen varios personajes en la trama los cuales no se da mucho la oportunidad de conocerlos más a fondo, solo tenemos a la que era mejor amiga de Sole, Emma quien la acompañaba desde muy niña en todos esos momentos incomodos en los cuales no sabia como lidiar con ellos, pero como es algo normal en cualquier persona cuando crece, ella tiene que hacer su vida y se muda a otra ciudad, algo que termina dejando mal a Sole.
Despite that, I must say that the story includes certain scenes that are already a bit scratched, and that we have surely seen in other films, in addition to the fact that there are several characters in the plot who do not have much opportunity to get to know them more thoroughly. , we only have the one who was Sole's best friend, Emma who accompanied her since she was a child in all those awkward moments in which she did not know how to deal with them, but as is normal for any person when she grows up, she has to do her life and moves to another city, something that ends up leaving Sole bad.
Tenemos unos bonitos paisajes de la ciudad de Italia, pero aparte de eso no sentí que la historia fuera emocionante más allá de sentir empatía por el personaje y entender lo que ella vivía a causa de su ansiedad, así que hay momentos donde termina siendo un poco aburrida si de esos espectadores que busca más emoción o aventuras locas, siento que la termine de ver solo para poder contarles bien la historia, no existen giros inesperados y nada que sea tan emocionante como para recomendarla, es una historia sencilla de un personaje que sufre de ansiedad y trata de vivir una vida normal, buscando de hacer cosas simples logrando superar todos sus miedo como andar en bicicleta.
