Hola mi gente de Movies & TV Shows a veces estoy tan ocupada del trabajo que no me queda tiempo para compartir nuevas reseñas o ver nuevos film, pero hoy les traigo uno que en particular me gusto mucho, porque nos muestra un poco más a fondo como fue la lucha de la liberación de la gente de la raza en los Estados Unidos en los años 60 y realmente me sorprendió todo lo que tuvieron que pasar.
Hello my Movies & TV Shows people sometimes I'm so busy with work that I don't have time to share new reviews or watch new films, but today I bring you one that I particularly liked a lot, because it shows us a little more in depth how was the struggle of the liberation of the people of the race in the United States in the 60's and I was really surprised by everything they had to go through.
La película esta basada en un libro de la biografía e historia personal de Bob Zellner, un personaje blanco que fue muy importante en esta lucha por los derechos civiles de la gente de raza negra en contra del racismo y para poder disfrutar de los mismos derechos que la gente blanca.

Bob Zellner es un joven universitario de piel blanca que no piensa igual que su familia sobre la diversidad de la raza negra, lo que poco a poco lo va llevando a participar en la lucha de los derechos civiles de esta comunidad tan marginada por la población blanca y sobretodo por el grupo extremista de Ku Klux Klan lo que traerá consigo muchos problemas para el chico.

La historia no da muchos rodeos, como inicio veremos una escena prácticamente de asesinato, es lo que puedes notar al inicio de la película sobre este joven Bob Zellner y lo que sigue será la explicación de todo lo que lo llevo hasta este punto, pero para conocer que sucedió realmente tienes que ver la historia hasta el final.

Bob Zellner's grandfather was part of the Ku Klux Klan, as was his father, but his father eventually became a pastor of a Methodist church and thought that blacks also had rights, but did not participate in demonstrations in defense of the black community, which Bob did and began to challenge his entire culture as a native southern boy from Alabama.

Me declaro culpable al decir que no conocía mucho sobre estas historias por como fue mi crianza, pero poco a poco gracias al internet, a las noticias y a las películas como estas he conocido muchas cosas de importancia que han acontecido en épocas pasadas sobre nuestros antepasados y como eso ha afectado enormemente al desarrollo en muchos ámbitos, la evolución de la raza, los derechos civiles y otras cosas, por lo que esta película me mostro un poco más sobre la historia de lucha que ha tenido por años la comunidad afroamericana o personas de raza negra.
I plead guilty to say that I did not know much about these stories because of my upbringing, but little by little thanks to the internet, the news and movies like these I have learned many important things that have happened in the past about our ancestors and how that has greatly affected the development in many areas, the evolution of race, civil rights and other things, so this movie showed me a little more about the history of struggle that has had for years the African American community or black people.

I found it amazing that this guy with a family that was part of the white supremacist Ku Klux Klan group who were extremely racist and could not stand black people, changed his mind and challenged everyone in support of the rights of these people, that he had to endure beatings and that was not a reason for him to stop.
Pero lo más increible es que la película te cuenta como la pobre gente afroamericana tenía que soportar muchas cosas, porque eran considerados como inferiores a la gente blanca, no podian compartir los mismos lugares. Así ue fue una época donde se desafiaron las leyes del país para protestar por los derechos civiles de los negros y se vivio una ola de violencia extrema hacia esta comunidad.

Si protestaban les caían a golpes, los metían presos y hasta a muchos los llegaron a asesinar y nadie hacia nada, pero podremos que gracias al apoyo de personas como Bob esto fue cambiando y las leyes cambiaron a favor de los afroamericanos y veremos a personas importantes para la época que ayudaron a respaldar estos movimientos como los activistas Martin Luther King Jr. y Ralph Abernathy.
If they protested they were beaten, thrown in jail and many were even murdered and nobody did anything, but thanks to the support of people like Bob this was changing and the laws changed in favor of African Americans and we will see important people for the time who helped support these movements such as activists Martin Luther King Jr. and Ralph Abernathy.
En lo personal puedo decir que las actuaciones estuvieron muy bien al igual que los diálogos, y la interpretación de la escena de los Freedom Riders me pareció brutal porque fue un hecho ocurrido en la vida real y la violencia a la que se tuvo que enfrentar este grupo de defensores de los derechos civiles, pienso que fue exagerada pero lo hizo muy realista para que sintieras lo que realmente paso en ese momento y por todo lo que tuvieron que pasar los afroamericanos o cualquiera que los defendiera, porque se exponían hacer atacados de igual forma. Realmente es una historia que te sensibiliza y que todos deberían ver, porque aún en nuestra época seguimos viendo fuertes ataques racistas a personas negras.
Personally I can say that the performances were very good as well as the dialogues, and the interpretation of the scene of the Freedom Riders seemed brutal to me because it was an event that happened in real life and the violence that this group of civil rights defenders had to face, I think it was exaggerated but made it very realistic for you to feel what really happened at that time and everything that African Americans or anyone who defended them had to go through, because they were exposed to be attacked in the same way. It really is a story that sensitizes you and that everyone should see, because even in our time we continue to see strong racist attacks on black people.
