A pesar de que estemos en pleno sigo XXI es increíble como aún en la actualidad a pesar de que relativamente la época de la esclavitud se termino, y lo digo así porque todos sabemos que todavía existen otros tipos de esclavitud en el mundo, es algo que sorprendentemente no se ha quedado en el pasado, y lo que lo hace mucho más preocupante es aún la existencia del racismo, así comienzo con esta diminuta introducción ya que parte de eso lleva la película de hoy, del genero thriller de terror psicológico les hablare de ¡HUYE!.

Fue estrenada en el año 2017 en los Estados Unidos con la dirección del actor y comediante Jordan Peele con la cuál debuto como director y fue un gran éxito en USA al momento de su estreno, casualmente me tope con este film por televisión por cable y no sabía de que se trataba pero le di la oportunidad y realmente me sorprendió.

Synopsis
Un joven fotógrafo queda con su novia para conocer por primera vez a sus padres, un poco indeciso acepta la invitación y van hasta la casa de sus suegros, al principio lo reciben con una agradable bienvenida pero poco a poco algo va cambiando en el camino y Chris se va dando cuenta de cosas espeluznantes.

Honestamente cuando comencé a ver la película jamás me imagine que seria un film de terror, pero a medida que va avanzando te das cuenta que algo anda mal y que nada va a terminar bien, esa fue la sensación que me dio al principio.
Honestly, when I started watching the movie I never imagined that it would be a horror film, but as it progresses you realize that something is wrong and that nothing is going to end well, that was the feeling it gave me at the beginning
Ya de por si se hace evidente el tema del racismo desde que comienza, y el personaje de Chris hace que sientas empatía por él, y su dulce novia te hace pensar que todo esta bien y que no tiene nada de que preocuparse.
The theme of racism is already evident from the beginning, and the character of Chris makes you feel empathy for him, and his sweet girlfriend makes you think that everything is fine and that he has nothing to worry about.
Para los amantes del terror y gore, les confieso que esto no es la clásica película de destripamientos tipo saw, es mucho más un thriller de horror psicológico, que va jugando con tu mente desde el momento en que la suegra de Chris le hace hipnosis sin su permiso.

Cada personaje negro de la historia te hace percibir que algo no anda bien con ellos, a pesar que por fuera demuestren todo lo contrario, realmente resulta un poco aterrador en los momentos que Chris tiene un acercamiento o conversación con ellos.

Lo que más me llamo la atención fue como el director abordo el tema del racismo, tal vez de una forma sutil pero que de igual manera se hace presente en la historia sin llegar hacer muy ofensiva, sobretodo cuando en una reunión que tienen con amigos se hace evidente de manera indirecta la envidia que tienen los caucásicos por muchas de las aptitudes de la raza negra.
What caught my attention the most was how the director addressed the issue of racism, perhaps in a subtle way but that is also present in the story without being very offensive, especially when in a meeting they have with friends indirectly makes evident the envy that Caucasians have of many of the capabilities of the black race.
Y algo que me parecio muy gracioso fue el personaje del amigo de Chris, con quien siempre se comunicaba para contarle todo lo que pasaba en la casa, pero en la forma en como lo abordaba su amigo resultaba ser un poco chistoso sin opacar su preocupación por su amigo, al cuál le decía que debia salir de esa casa.
And something that seemed very funny to me was the character of Chris' friend, with whom he always communicated to tell him everything that was happening in the house, but the way his friend approached him turned out to be a bit funny without overshadowing his concern for his friend, to whom he told him that he should leave that house.
Algo que es importante mencionar, es que no solo es cuestión de película, en realidad una persona con conocimientos en hipnosis es capaz de apoderarse de tu mente y hacer cosas terroríficas, este es el caso de un famoso psiquiatra de mi país que aprovechándose de su poder, hipnotizaba a sus pacientes mujeres y abusaba sexualmente de ellas.
Something that is important to mention is that it is not only a matter of a movie, in reality a person with knowledge in hypnosis is capable of taking over your mind and doing terrifying things, this is the case of a famous psychiatrist from my country who, taking advantage of his power, hypnotized his female patients and sexually abused them.
Y jugar con eso en una película de terror, verdaderamente lo hizo muy interesante para mi, me mantuvo en suspenso durante toda la trama, y te hace pensar en que momento se va a desatar la locura, lo que si me resulto poco creíble o tal vez no me gusto mucho, fue la forma que le dieron al final.

It is a completely different horror story, which subtly addresses a social issue such as racism and shows you a moderate form of slavery where what exists today is present, but although people do not want to accept it, it has had to stick to this a bit because of all the demonstration and the support that his cause has brought.
