Psycho is one of my very favorite movies ( and as you know, I have many ). I don't remember much of part 2 or three. I don't recommend you watch the 1998 Psycho remake ( that is almost identical, shot by shot but in color ) by Gus van Sant. Not worth it unless you want to start comparing.
If you want to see a totally different movie, showing that Anthony Perkins was actually a pretty good actor and not just a psycho, I recommend you give Orson Welles' Kafka adaptation The Trial ( 1963 ) a watch.
