Before I start reviewing the film The Marvels, I want to tell you a little about my experience watching this film. So, at first I didn't intend to watch this film in the cinema because I thought this film would later be shown on Netflix or other platforms. But a few days ago my friend told me that she had a giveaway of tickets to watch The Marvels together at the nearest cinema on Saturday and she invited me to go with her. Of course I agreed to watch with her. I got a new experience during a viewing event held by one of the banks.The event was exciting, after watching the film there was a quiz about the film and the prize was a cute drinking bottle. Unfortunately I didn't win the quiz because it was drawn, even though I actually knew the answer. Okay, I don't want to talk too much and it's better if we just review The Marvels.
The Marvels
The film opens with the scene of Kree leader Dan-bern finding the bracelet he was looking for but there was only one even though it should have been a pair. Meanwhile, Kamala Khan, an Indian teenager who lives in Jersey City, claims to be Ms. Marvel and has the pair of bracelets. She got the bracelet from her grandmother. The story of The Marvels begins when Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel and Monica Rambeau suddenly connect and they suddenly switch places. This film tells the story of three people called The Marvels who fought against the Kree leader and saved the world, like other superhero films.
My opinion after watching this movie.
I was quite satisfied after watching this film and I thought the film was enjoyable. Why do I say that? Because usually I will feel sleepy if the film I watch is boring. But I enjoyed watching The Marvels. OK, the first thing I want to discuss is Ms. Marvel. Honestly, I haven't watched the Ms. Marvel series before, so I don't know about it. But I think Ms. Marvel a.k.a Kamala Khan and her family are the most entertaining part of the film The Marvels, Lol. They are a very cute family. There's not much I want to discuss about Captain Marvel, he's amazing as usual. The one who stole my attention apart from Ms. Marvel was Monica Rambeau, I never knew about her but I think she's cool. There are many scenes that were previously unimaginable, such as the scene where the cats were born which helped with the execution. By the way, one thing I'm looking forward to is the appearance of Korean actor Park Seo Joon in the film. But I never imagined he would dance and sing with Captain America in this film, hahahaha
As for the story of this film, it's pretty good in my opinion. The scenes are also exciting, I think the scene where The Marvels swap places is very cool. There's no need to doubt the visuals from the Marvel team. The thing that I didn't think about the most was when the X-men suddenly appeared at the end. Overall I think this is a good movie to watch and recommeded.
