Dark é una di quelle serie che in un primo momento potrebbe non convincerti ma pian piano ti fa venire voglia di guardarla tutta d'un fiato. I viaggi nel tempo sono sempre stati un argomento affascinante che riesce ad incuriosire molte volte anche le persone più scettiche.Il film Ritorno al Futuro ci ha insegnato ad apprezzarli divertendoci, Dark ce lo insegna senza divertire ma con estrema intelligenza. Completamente girata a Berlino in Germania con attori di ottimo livello, anche se purtroppo per quanto mi riguarda ho dovuto vederla in italiano perché non avrei capito quasi nulla in lingua originale, a dover stare a leggere di continuo i sottotitoli mi sarei perso buona parte delle scene, in questo modo non ho potuto apprezzare al massimo la recitazione degli attori ma le loro espressioni e movimenti sono davvero degni di nota. Dark ci dimostra che senza bisogno di molti effetti speciali si può fare una bella serie TV di fantascienza, con una trama eccellente, buoni attori e ambientazione adatta riesce a sorprendere davvero molto. Trama abbastanza intricata e parecchi personaggi fanno sì che ci sia parecchia carne al fuoco, continui sbalzi nel tempo a volte confondono, ma Dark è fatta in maniera molto intelligente e ci viene in aiuto parecchie volte nello scorrere delle puntate, che pur essendo soltanto 10 e durando poco più di una cinquantina di minuti l'una scorrono piacevoli e riescono ad appassionarti ogni minuto che passa.

Raro trovare una serie TV senza punti morti e scene fini a se stesse, devo ammettere che questo è un gran bel modo di presentarsi ad un pubblico che diventa col tempo sempre più esigente. L'espediente della macchina del tempo è molto semplice, non immaginatevi chissà che archibugio che mette in atto la sequenza che porta in epoche differenti, ma il bello sta anche lì, il fatto di essersi concentrati su una trama solida e personaggi con personalità molto forti che amerete ed odierete ma che vi incolleranno allo schermo volente o nolente e non l'andare a cercare un'inutile attrezzatura dal costo spropositato giusto per far sfoggio degli effetti speciali che ultimamente nei film e serie TV sono abbastanza esagerati.

Dark is one of those series that at first maybe not convince you but after a while makes you want to watch it all in one breath. Time travel has always been a fascinating topic that can intrigue even the most skeptical people. The movie Back to the Future has taught us to appreciate them while having fun, Dark teaches us without amusing but with extreme intelligence. Completely shot in Berlin in Germany with excellent actors, unfortunately for me I had to see it in Italian because I would not understand almost anything in the original language, having to read the subtitles continuously I would have lost most of the scenes , in this way I could not fully appreciate the acting of the actors but their expressions and body's movements are really worthy of note. Dark shows us that without the need for many special effects you can make a good sci-fiction TV series, with an excellent storyline, good actors and a suitable setting can really surprise you a lot. Story quite intricate and several characters mean that there is a lot of irons in the fire, continuous time's changes sometimes confusing, but Dark is very smart and comes to help several times during the show, which despite being only 10 and during a little bit more than fifty minutes, one flows pleasantly and passionate you every minute that passes.

Rare to find a TV series without dead spots and useless scenes, I must admit that this is a great way to present yourself to an audience that over time becomes more and more demanding. The expedient of the time machine is very simple, do not imagine any sophisticated machine that leads in different times, but the beauty is also there, the fact of focusing on a solid story and characters with very strong personalities that you will love and hate but that will glue to the screen willing or not and not to go looking for an unnecessary piece of expansive equipment to show off the special effects that lately in the movies and TV series are quite exaggerated.
