Hola a toda la gente bonita de aquí, espero estén bien hoy quiero hablarle de otra serie tipo “reallity show”, pero no sobre comida sino sobre otra cosa que me gusta en esta vida: La Danza. Hoy hablare un poco sobre la serie “Dance Moms” pero responderé a una pregunta que su respuesta es muy debatida en TODOS LADOS ¿Abby es la mala en esta serie?

Dance Moms es una serie que se estrenó en el canal Lifetime en 2011, con un concepto simple, la escuela de Abby Lee Miller su grupo de alumnas élites y las mamas de ellas ¿De verdad creen que la serie se centra en la danza de las niñas de Abby? PUES NO, el centro básicamente es el DRAMA de las mamás de cada niña peleando con Abby, entre ellas o con alguien más.
Dance Moms is a series that premiered on Lifetime channel in 2011, with a simple concept, Abby Lee Miller's school, her group of elite students and their moms. Do you really think the series focuses on Abby's girls dancing? NO, the focus is basically the DRAMA of the moms of each girl fighting with Abby, with each other or with someone else.
A mí la serie me gusta MUCHÍSIMO, pues el como enseñan y ensayan esas niñas y como Abby las lleva a un nivel extremo y las da a conocer me encanta y me recuerda mi momento en la danza cuando era pequeña, también aprovecho la serie para reflexionar mi vida como bailarina y las actitudes que se pueden aceptar, como las que no.
I like the series A LOT, because the way these girls teach and rehearse and how Abby takes them to an extreme level and makes them known I love it and it reminds me of my time in dance when I was little, I also use the series to reflect on my life as a dancer and the attitudes that can be accepted, as those that are not.
Obviamente por ser una serie que contiene drama y peleas hay muchos debates y opiniones tipo “esta serie no alimenta nada a una bailarina” lo cual no estoy nada de acuerdo. El mundo de la danza, y el mundo del arte en general, es un mundo que puede ser espantoso, al punto de quebrarte, ya que, así como todo, si no hay un buen ambiente alrededor no sacas nada bueno de lo que haces. En Dance Moms se demuestra esto MUCHÍSIMAS veces pues, puedes ser una niña muy apasionada por la danza y talentosa, pero si psicológicamente no eres fuerte, todo te lo tomas personal y tu madurez es muy baja para desenvolverte sola, te quebraras.
Obviously for being a series that contains drama and fights there are many debates and opinions such as "this series does not feed a dancer" which I do not agree at all. The world of dance, and the world of art in general, is a world that can be scary, to the point of breaking you, because, just like everything else, if there isn't a good environment around you, you don't get anything good out of what you do. In Dance Moms this is demonstrated MANY, MANY times, you can be a very passionate and talented girl for dance, but if psychologically you are not strong, you take everything personally and your maturity is too low to manage on your own, you will break.
Hablemos de quien es el malo en la serie JEJEJEJEJEJEJ. Miren para decirlo desde YA, para mi las malas son casi todas las mamás en la serie y Abby no, Abby es una maestra de danza muy completa y buena, con unas ideas para crear coreografías muy buenas que pueden llevar un mensaje muy claro ¿Qué tiene de malo Abby? Lo típico que puede tener una profesora de danza, el sobrepasarse, cuando ella corrige a una de sus alumnas puede ser cruel y agresiva para hacerlo y lastimosamente, yo personalmente, aprendí que de eso hay que aprender y no tomárselo a pecho pues el corregir lo que se te está pidiendo es necesario para que llegues a la cima que en este caso quiere Abby.
Let's talk about who is the bad guy in the series JEJEJEJEJEJEJEJEJEJEJEJ. Look to say it from YA, for me the bad guys are almost all the moms in the series and not Abby, Abby is a very complete and good dance teacher, with some ideas to create very good choreography that can carry a very clear message What's wrong with Abby? The typical thing that a dance teacher can have, to go overboard, when she corrects one of her students she can be cruel and aggressive to do so and unfortunately, I personally learned that you have to learn from that and not take it to heart because correcting what you are being asked is necessary for you to reach the top that in this case Abby wants.
Digo lastimosamente porque no importa desde que punto se vea, el que se sea despreciable/agresivo con una niña, es muy cruel e innecesario, pero SE LOS DIGO DE VERDAD, DESDE MI EXPERIENCIA, si a una niña o niño para bailar bien le corriges una postura de manera pacífica varias veces y AÚN no te lo corrige hay que tomar el otro lado, lo bueno es que no es necesario pasar la raya que llega a pasar Abby pero igual hay que acostumbrarse un poco a las actitudes fuertes, porque lastimosamente el ser humano a veces con correcciones calmadas y “pacíficas” no corrige y ni hace caso, mientras cuando se es algo agresivo o directo corrige al instante, lo hemos visto hasta aquí mismo en #HIVE.
I say unfortunately because no matter from which point of view you look at it, being despicable/aggressive with a child is very cruel and unnecessary, but I'm telling you from my experience, if you correct a child in a peaceful way several times and he/she still doesn't correct it, you have to take the other side, The good thing is that it is not necessary to pass the line that Abby gets to pass but you still have to get used a little to the strong attitudes, because unfortunately the human being sometimes with calm and "peaceful" corrections does not correct and ignores, while when it is something aggressive or direct corrects instantly, we have seen it even here in #HIVE.
Ya con esto yo podría decir que Abby no es 100% mala, pues sus métodos no son completamente perfectos y ella es humana, se deja llevar por sus sentimientos y deja al lado el profesionalismo, pero la mayoría de las veces que hace acciones es por ese profesionalismo que ella tiene… mientras que las mamás en la serie no… ellas no tienen nada de eso. Como cualquier mamá, todas ellas tienen el deseo de que su hija sea la mejor, sea premiada, sea valorada y respetada y cuando no pasa lo reclaman y exigen, eso esta bien pues saben que su hija se esfuerza para lo que quiere.
With this I could say that Abby is not 100% bad, because her methods are not completely perfect and she is human, she gets carried away by her feelings and leaves aside the professionalism, but most of the times she does actions is because of that professionalism that she has... while the moms in the series don't... they don't have any of that. Like any mom, they all have the desire for their daughter to be the best, to be rewarded, to be valued and respected and when it doesn't happen they demand it, that's ok because they know that their daughter is working hard for what she wants.
Pero de verdad en los muchos capítulos que he visto en esta serie las mamás siempre son las que toman las peores decisiones y terminan arruinando lo que pudo salir bien, el futuro de sus niñas, la compañía de baile, muchas muchas cosas. Como ese es el jugo que atrae a la audiencia a ver el programa (para mi no lo es) obvio no lo dejan de hacer, pero de verdad si ustedes ven la serie pueden notar dos cosas que yo noté: 1- Si la ven en su idioma original notarán que las mamás cambian de opinión muy rápido, un día están de acuerdo con la exigencia de Abby y en otro capítulo no lo están para darle algo de interesante al capítulo. 2- Su doblaje de Latinoamérica es muy bueno con las voces, pero con las traducciones ES TERRIBLE, no me quiero encerrar en esto mucho pero igual loquería mencionar.
But really in the many chapters I have seen in this series the moms are always the ones who make the worst decisions and end up ruining what could have gone well, the future of their girls, the dance company, many many many things. As that is the juice that attracts the audience to watch the show (for me it is not) obviously they don't stop doing it, but really if you watch the series you can notice two things that I noticed: 1- If you watch it in its original language you will notice that the moms change their minds very fast, one day they agree with Abby's demands and in another chapter they don't agree to give something interesting to the chapter. 2- Its Latin American dubbing is very good with the voices, but with the translations it is TERRIBLE, I don't want to get into this too much but I would still like to mention it.
En resumen, deseo que los que hayan visto esta serie así sea solo 1 o 2 capítulo me diga su opinión, pues para mi esta serie ES INCREÍBLE y muchas veces cuando te hacen creer que Abby es un monstro, no lo es ¿Qué opinas tú?
