Hello Hive and scrobblelife friends πΎβ‘οΈ Today I'm going to tell you about a horror movie I watched to participate in @wiseagent's horror month challenge. The movie is called Frankenweenie. It's an incredible story that will scare you a lot.

This is about a boy named Victor who has a wonderful family and a dog named Sparky, whom he loves very much. Sparky is like his best friend, because Victor didn't have many friends since he wasn't very sociable. But he had his dog, whom he adored and with whom he played and had fun; Sparky was like a little brother to him.

One day the dog had an accident and died. At first, I was incredibly sad when Sparky died πΏ. I know exactly how painful that is because I had three kittens that I loved very much, and some mean neighbors poisoned them... I had to bury them in the yard, and it was awful. Of course, I know that bringing a pet back to life is pure movie fantasy, but honestly, if there were a way to bring my cats back, I would have done it without a second thought π

Victor, feeling very sad, comes up with a plan involving electricity and believes it might work to bring Sparky back. He studies how to do it, and when he finally has everything he needs, he decides to test his instruments. He goes to the pet cemetery, and in a scene that I found chilling, he brings Sparky back wrapped in a sheet and takes him home to perform the experiment to bring him back to life.
Everything worked perfectly. Sparky was resurrected, although he wasn't the same little dog he used to be because he was powered by electricity. Victor was very happy, but his classmates noticed and demanded that Victor try the experiment on other animals. That's when everything started to go wrong and spiral out of control.

There were parts that scared me terribly! π± When a kitten was accidentally struck by lightning because its owner wanted to revive a butterfly, and it turned into a monster cat with butterfly wings, I froze. And the giant dinosaur-like monster they revived made me jump out of my skin. Thankfully, Sparky was a total hero, and together with Victor, they managed to fix the situation and save the town from the resurrected monsters. I really loved the scene where Sparky saves Victor from the fire when everyone thought it was impossible, and I was so happy π.
Also, I loved that Victor likes to invent, do experiments, and learn new things at school. That's amazing; I like inventing new things too. π¬β‘οΈ

This movie taught me a great lesson: we have to take care of and love our pets very much every day so that nothing bad happens to them. And even though we wish we had a superpower to save them from everything, we have to listen to our parents: when there's nothing more we can do, the best thing is to keep the beautiful memories in our hearts and learn to move on β€οΈ.
