Hola amigos || Hello friends
Sigo poniéndome al día con algunas otras series que no había tenido el tiempo de observar. Algunas, hubiera preferido no verlas. Otras, se han quedado tatuadas en mí. En esta ocasión hablaré un poco ¨Desde Dentro¨ donde la alianza de BBC y Netflix aún me parece tener de vez en cuando el talón de Aquiles, dado que la mayoría de sus producciones no han obtenido el éxito que ellos creen ameritar. Recuerdo que aquella última serie que vi donde ambas cadenas estuvieron involucradas fue ¨La serpiente¨ otra historia basada en hechos reales, donde narran la historia del asesino en serie Charles Sobhraj. Una historia que no me pareció del todo mal.
I'm still catching up on some other series that I hadn't had the time to watch. Some, I would have preferred not to watch. Others have become tattooed in me. This time I will talk a bit about ¨Des Dentro¨ where the alliance of BBC and Netflix still seems to me to have from time to time the Achilles heel, since most of their productions have not obtained the success they think they deserve. I remember that the last series I saw where both networks were involved was ¨The Serpent¨ another story based on true events, where they tell the story of serial killer Charles Sobhraj. A story that I didn't think was bad at all.
Desde Dentro es una miniserie que fácilmente podrías ver en una tarde o noche que ya hayas terminado las labores del día. Esta es otra producción del guionista Moffat quien también fue el guionista de: La mujer del viajero en el tiempo, Sherlock, Drácula, entre otras. Estas las he visto todas y solo podría decir que no todos los giros que plantea Moffat resultan igual de efectivos. Esta nueva producción del guionista tiene y da mucho que hablar. Hubo momentos donde me atrapó la serie, pero así mismo hubo otros que se les soltaba el nudo.
Desde Dentro is a miniseries that you could easily watch in an afternoon or evening when you have finished your work for the day. This is another production by screenwriter Moffat who was also the screenwriter of: The Time Traveler's Wife, Sherlock, Dracula, among others. I have seen them all and I could only say that not all the twists that Moffat proposes are equally effective. This new production of the screenwriter has and gives a lot to talk about. There were moments where the series caught me, but there were others where the knot was loosening.
Esta una serie que nos propone dos escenarios distintos en donde no parecen tener semejanza ninguno de los dos, pero el desenlace es todo lo contrario. Dado que los escenarios, la historia y trama están más conectados de lo que parece. Podríamos considerarla en líneas generales que es una serie bastante interesante, pero a mi persona no le termina de convencer.
This is a series that proposes two different scenarios where neither of them seem to be similar, but the outcome is quite the opposite. Given that the scenarios, the story and plot are more connected than it seems. We could consider it in general lines that it is a quite interesting series, but to my person it does not end up convincing.
Conozcamos algunos protagonistas || Let's meet the protagonists
Entre los actores que considero que destacaron en esta producción de Moffat y por la que me incliné a verla fue para empezar por Stanley Tucci quien representa a un profesor de criminología encarcelado y condenado a muerte por asesinar a su esposa. El actor representa un gran personaje y muy importante en toda la historia. Fue mi personaje favorito, quizás por la habilidad que tiene para descubrir una serie de sucesos que ocurren fuera de la prisión y he aquí en donde Grieff (Stanley Tucci) se destaca por su profesión. No era como ver a Sherlock en acción, pero tenía un ligero parentesco. De hecho, por algún momento me entusiasmé mucho con esta serie, pero sinceramente hay algo aún no me convence.
Among the actors that I consider that stood out in this production of Moffat and why I was inclined to see it was to start by Stanley Tucci who represents a criminology professor imprisoned and sentenced to death for murdering his wife. The actor portrays a great character and very important in the whole story. He was my favorite character, perhaps because of the ability he has to uncover a series of events that occur outside the prison and this is where Grieff (Stanley Tucci) stands out for his profession. It wasn't like watching Sherlock in action, but it had a slight kinship. In fact, for some point I was really excited about this series, but honestly there is something still not convincing me.
Otros de los actores principales que me agradaron fueron David Tennant (Harry) a quien conocemos por el papel que tuvo en Harry Potter y el cáliz de fuego. Ahora representando ser el sacerdote de la comunidad con otra increíble actuación y Lyndsey Marshal (Mary) a quien de seguro reconocerás por su interpretación en Cleopatra en Roma de HBO. Ambos actores lograron dramatizar sus personajes muy bien. Esta pareja cumple un papel muy importante en toda la historia que nos presentan en ¨Desde Dentro¨ Ellos harán todo lo posible por la vida y el futuro de su hijo pero eso le traerá una suma importante de estrés y angustia.
Other main actors I liked were David Tennant (Harry) who we know from the role he had in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Now portraying the priest of the community with another incredible performance and Lyndsey Marshal (Mary) who I'm sure you will recognize from her performance in HBO's Cleopatra in Rome. Both actors managed to dramatize their characters very well. This couple plays a very important role in the whole story that we are presented in ¨Desde Dentro¨ They will do everything possible for the life and future of their son but that will bring a significant amount of stress and anguish.

Mi opinión || My opinion.
No es que la serie esté mal, creo que lo que no terminó de enganchar al público es que muchas partes de la historia se notaron forzadas y los comportamientos de manera ilógica de algunos actores. Pero lo que más me llamó la atención es lo sorprendente de cómo van mezclando la historia, el cómo te hacen considerar que un asesino puede tener motivos para serlo y como dan a entender que cualquiera podría ser un asesino con un mal día.
It is not that the series is bad, I think that what did not end up hooking the audience is that many parts of the story felt forced and the illogical behavior of some actors. But what caught my attention the most is the surprising way they mix the story, how they make you consider that a murderer can have motives to be a murderer and how they imply that anyone could be a murderer with a bad day.
Como he dicho en anteriores publicaciones, esta es solo mi humilde opinión. Pero los invito a verla y que podamos compartir más adelante algunas opiniones sobre esta ni tan nueva producción. Pero como he dicho, esta es mi humilde opinión. Puedes tener la tuya propia.
