Hola amigos de Hive y amantes del mundo cinematográfico ❤️ luego de muchos meses, al fin pude volver a ver otra serie en una de mis plataformas favoritas de streaming Netflix, gracias a una amiga que me ayudó a pagarlo nuevamente y caer en el vicio también 😄, y así poder disfrutar de su servicio con las últimas películas y series que actualmente están muy buenas e interesantes.
Entre ellas está una que tenía muchas ganas de ver y que estaba calientita recién estrenada como salida del horno 😁, una serie diferente pero con una familia que ya muchos conocíamos, los reyes del color negro con una personalidad súper alegre y animada (en el sentido sarcástico claramente 😁), me refiero a la familia Adams.
Sinceramente desde pequeña ya no me acordaba mucho de esta historia estrenada hace varios años, confieso que ver esta serie fue como ver una historia completamente nueva, con una trama que prometía ser muy interesante con solo mirar los trailers. Y es que para mí la sola idea de narrar una historia centrada en uno de los integrantes de esta familia me encantó, nunca sabemos que secretos y que aventuras tendrán cada uno por su parte....como fue el caso de nuestra querida Merlina Adams, la hija mayor del matrimonio y la protagonista de nuestra historia.
Para este post en mi regreso a las series y películas en estreno, no quería realizar una crítica contando todo lo que sucedía en la historia, los famosos spoilers, así que preferí hacer una especie de crítica contándoles mi opinión (sin entrar en detalles), para así no arruinarle la serie a una persona que aún no la a visto y luego de ver esta recomendación se anima a verla.
Dejando claro que a pesar de no ser una experta en esta área cinematográfica, me encanta ver toda clase de films, no estoy cerrada a ningún género porque considero que en él influyen muchos puntos para funcionar, incluyendo a primeras una buena historia o guión, unos buenos actores, una dirección y ambientación.
Y para este caso en particular he de decir que me encantaron las locaciones, los actores principales incluyendo a la protagonista sorprendieron con cada caracterización ya que estaban envueltos en un mundo de fantasía y terror, y ni hablar de una de las historias o mejor dicho familias más queridas del cine y la televisión desde los años 60.
Quizás a muchos no les agraden pero en lo personal también me gusta mucho como maneja Tim Burton cada una de sus creaciones, como es el caso de Merlina dandole ese toque especialmente sombrío y un tanto bizarro en sus historias.
Tal como nos lo muestra el tráiler, la historia comienza y se centra en la protagonista Merlina, personaje interpretado por la actriz Jenna Ortega, junto con su familia Morticia y Homero Adams, quienes son sus padres en la historia interpretados por Catherine Zeta-Jones y Luis Guzmán respectivamente. Se puede notar claramente que por la personalidad cruel y fría de Merlina, sus padres han tenido que cambiarla de escuela muchas veces, hasta que se les ocurre como última opción llevarla a la que fue su escuela en el tiempo cuando ellos se conocieron y se enamoraron, "Nunca más", una escuela muy diferente a las anteriores en dónde seguramente Merlina se sentiría más conectada con su entorno y los estudiantes que la rodean. Pero no solo por esto, sino por una serie de asesinatos, misterios por resolver y visiones por parte de Merlina que deberá aprender a controlar y las que la ayudarán a resolver y responder muchas preguntas y dudas sobre un posible monstruo acechando el pequeño pueblo.
Una serie corta de 8 capitulos de 50 minutos aproximadamente súper interesantes que te aseguro te mantendrán atento y atrapado a medida que transcurre la historia hasta el final.
Hay una buena noticia!!..."se viene segunda temporada"
Sin duda a esta serie yo le daría un 9 incluso un 10 de 10, todo en general me encantó sobre todo la intro musical que para mí fue clásico y representaba súper bien la trama, quedando con muchas ganas de saber que pasará con la vida de la pequeña Adams.

Hello friends of Hive and lovers of the film world ❤️ after many months, I was finally able to return to watch another series on one of my favorite streaming platforms Netflix, thanks to a friend who helped me to pay for it again and fall into the vice too 😄, and so I can enjoy your service with the latest movies and series that are currently very good and interesting.
Among them is one that I really wanted to see and that was hot just released as out of the oven 😁, a different series but with a family that many of us already knew, the kings of the black color with a super cheerful and lively personality (in the sarcastic sense clearly 😁), I mean the Adams family.
Honestly since I was little I didn't remember much of this story premiered several years ago, I confess that watching this series was like watching a completely new story, with a plot that promised to be very interesting just by looking at the trailers. And for me the mere idea of narrating a story centered on one of the members of this family enchanted me, we never know what secrets and adventures each one will have for their part.... as was the case of our beloved Merlina Adams, the eldest daughter of the couple and the protagonist of our story.
For this post in my return to the series and movies in premiere, I did not want to make a review telling everything that happened in the story, the famous spoilers, so I preferred to make a kind of review telling you my opinion (without going into details), so as not to ruin the series to a person who has not yet seen it and after seeing this recommendation is encouraged to see it.
Making clear that although I am not an expert in this cinematographic area, I love to see all kinds of films, I am not closed to any genre because I consider that many points influence it to work, including a good story or script, good actors, a good direction and ambience.
And for this particular case I have to say that I loved the locations, the main actors including the protagonist surprised with each characterization as they were involved in a world of fantasy and terror, not to mention one of the most beloved stories or rather families of cinema and television since the 60s.
Perhaps many do not like them but personally I also like how Tim Burton handles each of his creations, as is the case of Merlina giving that especially dark and somewhat bizarre touch to his stories.
As the trailer shows us, the story begins and focuses on the main character Merlina, played by actress Jenna Ortega, along with her family Morticia and Homer Adams, who are her parents in the story played by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzman respectively. It can be clearly noticed that due to the cruel and cold personality of Merlina, her parents have had to change her school many times, until it occurs to them as a last option to take her to the school that was her school at the time when they met and fell in love, "NeverMore", a school very different from the previous ones where surely Merlina would feel more connected with her environment and the students around her. But not only for this, but for a series of murders, mysteries to be solved and visions by Merlina that she will have to learn to control and that will help her to solve and answer many questions and doubts about a possible monster stalking the small town.
A short series of 8 chapters of approximately 50 minutes that I assure you will keep you attentive and trapped as the story unfolds until the end.
There is good news!!.... "a second season is coming".
Without a doubt I would give this series a 9 or even a 10 out of 10, I loved everything in general, especially the musical intro that for me was classic and represented the plot super well, leaving me with a lot of desire to know what will happen with the life of the little Adams.
