HOLA a toda mi Comunidad Hive, en el día de hoy he traído una Serie de Televisión que estoy segura ha fascinado a muchos, escrita por Alfred Gough y Miles Millar y dirigida por el extraordinario Director Tim Burton, se trata de WEDNESDAY, protagonizada por Jenna Ortega.
¿De qué trata?
Todo acontece con la llegada de Merlina Addams a la Academia Nunca Más, para jóvenes con Habilidades Mágicas o Especiales, esta academia estaba en los terrenos de un pueblo llamado Jericó el cual existió hace 400 años, siendo fundado por un hombre llamado Joseph Crackstone el cual asesinó a muchos colonos culpándolos de hechicería, Wedneday investigara las visiones donde su antepasado le indica que si Joseph Crackstone regresa destruirá la Academia que debe detenerlo, por otro lado están los asesinatos a los estudiantes. Ella tendrá que descubrir quién es el Hyde que los asecha y quien lo dirige. Se las recomiendo.
Opinión Personal
Para comenzar diré que he visto muchas reseñas de Wednesday muy buena por cierto, pero quise hacer la mía, ya que considero que fue una estupenda serie de principio a fin, al principio creía que era una versión en femenino de Harry Potter, pero que va, excelente actuación de Jenna Ortega en el papel de Wednesday o Merlina, y de todo el elenco especialmente la amiga Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers) para mi Merlina era otra chica detrás de un Caparazón, nadie entra, no le interesa tener amigos, nada le hace gracias.
Tim Burton a la hora de elegir el elenco tuvo buen ojo, cada quien se metió de fondo en su personaje, bueno excepto Catherine Zeta Jones, para mi estuvo floja, no me logro convencer con su personaje y no porque ya este papel lo obtuvo Anjelica Huston o Carolyn Jones y quiera hacer comparaciones, NO, es que no le imprimió amor a su personaje. Para colmo no hubo ni una pizca de química entre Moriticia y Homero ¿donde esta la pasión conque Homero le decía cara mía, mon cher.?
Quisiera hablar de un personaje que sobresalió a todos sin duda alguna fue dedos, excelentes escenas no necesito cuerpo para expresar sus sentimientos, valor, fuerza, emoción, amor, dolor, compañerismo, todos quisiéramos un compañero así. También hay que darle reconocimiento a la actuación de Gwendoline Christie como la Directora Larissa Weems de la Academia Nunca Mas para jóvenes con Habilidades Especiales, hermosa mujer muy alta por cierto y a Joy Sunday como Bianca Barclay una Sirena con esos ojazos azules que le quedaban de maravilla.
Considero que una serie debe llevar emoción y suspenso al segundo capitulo y el suspenso aumenta en cada capitulo, me enamore de Wednesday, espero con ansias la segunda temporada. Quiero comentar la fabulosa actuación de Cristina Ricci, que de paso no sabia que era la Profesora Marilyn Thornhill o Laurel Gates hasta que termino la serie, asi me paso con la actuación de Emma Thompson en Cruella, supe que era ella por el reparto que aparece al final, cuando quiero ver una película solo veo los trailers, no me gusta leer sinopsis, ni ver el reparto ante de la película.
En cuanto al baile resulto ser muy pegajoso, al principio sentí que la música iba por un lado y el baile por otro, me hizo reír, pero poco a poco me fue gustando, y gustando hasta el punto que me aprendí los pasos. Pienso que todos llevamos una merlina por dentro muchas veces nos escondemos en un caparazón, y hubo un instante que la sentí insegura, y a la vez tan independiente e inteligente, si algo me causo emoción fue el esperado y muy emotivo abrazo entre ella y Enid su amiga, casi al final de la película, me llego, se sintió la vibra, quien acepto convertirse en mujer lobo para salvar a Merlina. También el sentimiento de Merlina cuando dedos se estaba muriendo, hasta derramo lagrimas.
Me fascino la ambientación, las escenas del pueblo, la Academia, la carrera de canoas y sobretodo las escenas donde Wednesday tocaba el Violonchelo, mientras que se quemaba la estatua de Josehp Crackstone, se sintió la fuerza y emoción con que tocaba, bien por Jenna y por dedos.
Quisiera agregar que los estudiantes de la Academia Nunca Mas, eran muchachos normales, son sentimientos y emociones solo que tenían habilidades especiales y los consideraban monstruos, monstruos son los que se encuentran en nuestra sociedad burlándose de otro ser humano y matando sin piedad.
Ahora si para terminar y me disculpan podría escribir mas de la serie, pero creo que es suficiente. Merlina sentía que su familia la asfixiaba, especialmente su madre, Merlina le decía que jamas seria como ella, que no se iba a enamorar, ni a tener una familia, ni mucho menos a ser una ama de casa. Bueno amigos esta es mi reseña, esperando con ansias la segunda temporada me despido, coméntame que les pareció, Besos y Abrazos.
