I have watched Baahubali more than 10 times from the beginning to the end, but sincerely speaking, this movie has never left my mind, not even for a moment. Anytime I watch it again, it feels like I am watching the movie for the first time. Every part keeps looking new to me, and every scene has something interesting in it. I can proudly say with full confidence that Baahubali is one of the best Indian movies I have ever watched. Sharing it here and expressing my thoughts about it is a beautiful moment for me, and I am really excited to share it with my fellow friends on Hive through the Scrobble Life community.
Baahubali is a man who does not tolerate nonsense. He is a man of authority, a man with a strong mind, and someone who does not fear anybody. He does things with confidence and always stands by what he believes is right. Baahubali was supposed to become the king of the kingdom. He had a brother, Bhallaladeva, who was also hoping to become king, but his heart was filled with jealousy toward Baahubali. He did not want Baahubali to become king and always wanted to see his downfall. At that time, the kingdom had not officially chosen the next king between the two brothers. Baahubali was the commander of the soldiers, and almost everyone respected him. Even people from outside the kingdom knew about him. They were not afraid of him because he was wicked, but because of the authority he carried, his courage, and the way he followed the law. He had the heart of a lion, and this was one of the reasons people respected him so much.
There was a very serious war about to happen between Baahubali's kingdom and a powerful enemy kingdom. It was one of the biggest and toughest battles they had ever faced. The enemy wanted to attack their kingdom and take control of it, so everyone was preparing for the fight. At this point, many people already believed that Baahubali would become the next king because of the respect he had earned from everyone. Even though he was not yet king, people treated him with the kind of respect they would normally give to a king. But Bhallaladeva also wanted the throne, and his jealousy toward his brother continued to grow. He went to his mother, the Queen, and convinced her that the upcoming war should be used to decide who would become king. He suggested that whoever defeated their enemy and removed the enemy leader's head should become the king. The Queen agreed to this plan, even though she loved both of her sons.
The battle finally began, and it was huge. Only a few people were supporting Bhallaladeva, while almost everyone was hoping Baahubali would win. During the fight, the enemy leader was killing people without caring whether they were his own people or people from Baahubali's kingdom. When it reached Baahubali's turn, he used his intelligence and fighting skills to protect his people. He used long weapons and clever techniques to bring down the enemy soldiers and create an opportunity for his people to survive. Baahubali was not only thinking about winning the battle; he was also thinking about saving the innocent people around him. Bhallaladeva, on the other hand, was mainly focused on killing the enemy leader so he could claim the throne. In the end, Baahubali was the one who defeated the enemy and removed his head. Bhallaladeva tried to claim the victory, but everyone knew who had truly won the battle.
While everyone was still waiting for the next king to be chosen, Baahubali was sent to another place to complete a mission because he was the commander of the soldiers. It was during this journey that he met Devasena. The moment he saw her, she captured his heart. He fell in love with her and told her that he wanted to marry her. Devasena also loved him and agreed to marry him. They later planned for her to come and meet the Queen so that everything could be settled properly.
When Devasena returned to the kingdom, Baahubali was not there because he was still completing the mission the Queen had sent him to do. Bhallaladeva saw Devasena and decided that he also wanted to marry her. But Devasena refused because she loved Baahubali and had already chosen him. The Queen did not know everything about their relationship at first, but eventually she understood that Devasena wanted Baahubali. However, Bhallaladeva's jealousy made him insist that he wanted Devasena for himself. Because Devasena refused to marry him, the Queen ordered soldiers to punish her because they believed she had disobeyed the law. She was even threatened with death if she continued to refuse the marriage.
After some time, the people of the kingdom went for prayers, and the women were passing through a line of soldiers. Some of the soldiers working under Bhallaladeva were behaving badly and touching the women as they passed. When it was Devasena's turn, one of the soldiers tried to touch her. She immediately took out her knife and cut off his hand. The soldier cried out and reported her to the Queen. Devasena was chained and was told that she would be punished for what she had done. But she knew she had only defended herself against someone who was trying to take advantage of her.
Then suddenly, Baahubali arrived. His entrance was one of the moments I will never forget. He came in with so much confidence that everyone became afraid. He went directly to Devasena and asked what had happened. She explained everything to him, and the soldier whose hand had been cut was also asked to explain his side. But he could not properly defend himself because everyone knew what he had tried to do. Baahubali then made it clear that when someone tries to take advantage of another person, cutting off his hand is not enough punishment. He went further and demonstrated his anger by cutting off the man's head with his sword. Everyone was shocked when the man's head fell to the ground. Baahubali then warned them that anyone who tried to touch his future wife in such a way would face serious consequences.
At that point, the Queen was shocked by Baahubali's actions. She then gave him a difficult choice between Devasena and becoming king. Everyone already believed that Baahubali was going to become king, so they expected him to choose the throne. But Baahubali surprised everyone when he said that if choosing Devasena meant giving up the throne, then he would rather choose Devasena. He loved her more than the position of king. Bhallaladeva was secretly happy because this was exactly what he wanted. His plan had worked. He believed Baahubali would choose Devasena, leaving the throne for him. He sat on the throne with a smile because he had achieved what he wanted.
But the part that always makes me cry and shed tears like a baby is when Kattappa kills Baahubali. Some people may say Kattappa betrayed him, while others may say he was wicked, but when I look at what happened, I see a man who was trapped in a terrible situation.
Baahubali's father was already dead, so Kattappa was like a father, friend, and guide to him. Kattappa had helped train Baahubali from when he was young, and Baahubali trusted him deeply. He grew up under Kattappa's guidance, so the trust between them was very strong. This is what made the betrayal so painful. Bhallaladeva continued deceiving the Queen and making her believe that Baahubali was a bad person who wanted to take the throne for himself. He created a terrible situation and blamed Baahubali for something he did not do. The Queen became angry and eventually agreed that Baahubali should be killed because she believed he was a threat to the kingdom.
They knew that it would be difficult to kill Baahubali because he was extremely strong. Nobody could easily defeat him, and the people loved him. They eventually came to the conclusion that the only person who could get close enough to kill him was Kattappa because Baahubali trusted him completely. They called Kattappa and ordered him to kill Baahubali. When Kattappa heard this, he was shocked and began shaking. He could not believe that they wanted him to kill the man he loved like a son. At first, he refused and said he would rather die than betray Baahubali. But the Queen told him that if he did not kill Baahubali, she would kill him herself. Kattappa could not accept the thought of the Queen killing her own son, so he eventually agreed to do what they ordered.

At the same time, Bhallaladeva sent soldiers to attack Devasena. She was already pregnant and was very close to giving birth. During all the fighting and confusion, she finally gave birth to a baby boy. Bhallaladeva was desperate to kill the child, but the Queen did not agree that the baby should be killed. Bhallaladeva even turned against his own mother and tried to go directly after the baby. The Queen then took the opportunity to help Devasena and protect the child.
While all this was happening, Baahubali was fighting a huge number of enemies. He defeated many of them and continued fighting even when he became extremely tired. He had several arrows in his back, but he still refused to give up. Kattappa was fighting beside him during the battle, but he already knew what was waiting for Baahubali. He felt terrible because he loved Baahubali and did not want to be the person who would end his life. At one point, Kattappa could not hold his emotions anymore. He begged Baahubali to run away because the place was no longer safe for him. He was crying and telling him to leave, but Baahubali did not understand why Kattappa was so worried. He trusted him completely and believed that nobody could do anything to him.
Baahubali continued fighting until he defeated the final enemy. But immediately after the battle, he felt a sword go into his back. When he turned around to see who had stabbed him, he saw Kattappa standing there with the sword. This was one of the most painful moments in the entire movie for me. Baahubali trusted Kattappa so much that he never expected him to be the one who would stab him. Kattappa immediately began crying and apologizing. He explained that it was not his intention to betray Baahubali, but the Queen had ordered him to do it and had threatened to kill Baahubali herself if he refused.
Baahubali already knew that Kattappa was not a bad person, and even in his final moments, he did not blame him. Instead, the last words he said to Kattappa were, "Please take care of my wife and my child." Those words really touched me because even when he was dying, he was still thinking about the people he loved. After saying those words, Baahubali removed the sword from his back and dropped it to the ground. He reached toward the sword, and that was how his life came to an end.
Baahubali died as a true warrior, and I am proud of the character he was. He was a man who did not fear anyone. He stood for what he believed was right, worked with courage, and earned the respect of people not simply because he was supposed to be king, but because of the impact he had on the people around him. To me, he was the lion of the kingdom. This movie taught me many things about courage, love, loyalty, betrayal, family, and sacrifice. It does not feel like an ordinary movie to me. Whenever I watch it, I watch it almost like a real-life story because the emotions and the characters feel so natural to me. The movie gives me joy, but it also has moments that make me emotional every time I watch them.
I am really happy to share this movie here because I want my fellow Hive friends to also understand why Baahubali means so much to me. I have watched it more than 10 times, and somehow it still feels fresh whenever I watch it again. I can confidently rate this movie 100/100, and honestly, if it were possible to give it more than 100, I would even give it 1000/100. Baahubali is truly one of the best movies I have ever watched, and the story, the characters, the battles, the love, and especially the ultimate betrayal by Kattappa are moments I will never forget.
